We just had our solar panels installed yesterday, and I am so happy with the services we received from infinity energy! All of the staff, from start to finish were so incredibly helpful and responsive. Ray, our sales rep was very delightful to work with and always had such great energy. Jessica, was our main point of contact in the office and she always had the right answers to all of my questions. Getting solar panels is a big investment and I’m very happy that I chose to work with infinity! One of my main concerns when jumping into this project was curb appeal! Infinity energy has beautiful solar panels that fit perfectly to my home. I will definitely be recommending the company to all of my neighbors, friends, and family! This truly was a five-star experience.

Ok, I’m a stand up woman. I was annoyed because my bill was insanely high. This wasn’t Infiniti Energy’s fault. I didn’t clearly understand my bill and had some issues with my insulation driving my gas bill. Got it fixed, and now my total bill including gas is $125. Infinity Energy, I since apologize, home ownership can be frustrating at times. I recommend this company a thousand percent. Only issue I do have is where the tech broke the wall to put a new breaker box, the job is shotty, it’s not professionally completed and holes are all around the box. For all of those fees, that should’ve been taken care of. But again, my bill is wayyyyyyyyyyy down, so now i’m a happy camper🙌🏽

My bill was under $200 for a few months, was very happy nonetheless. I received my Orange & Rockland bill yesterday and guess how much my bill was? ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOO LOL I don’t even care how, thank you SOLARRRR PANELS!!!!! It’s true! Takes a few months to balance out. Have patience if you get them, completely worth it, I cannot stop smiling 🤩

The crew that installed my solar panels were fantastic. They were polite,always accommodating to my comfort while on the property,neat and tidy. They did their final check in with me before leaving making sure I had no concerns or questions before personally saying goodbye. A truly awesome experience with this work crew! Thank you Infinitely Solar for having such a great crew install my panels!

This company is great. Especially with working with you if you’re busy. I was away for work most of the time but they handled mostly everything. From the tree removal to the new roof installation. The Infinity Energy team has been amazing from beginning to end. Each step of the way, their staff would provide me with guidance and answered all of my questions. The solar panel installers as well as the electricians were all very professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Infinity Energy.

From the beginning to the end, from consultation, financing (over two weeks with numbers back and forth) Jon is very efficient and he communicated with us very honest and tirelessly follow up with my constant questions. After signing the contract they professionally let us know the step by step process. Contractors that come to the house to install are very professional and respectful. Any questions or concerns you can ask them and let them know by calling or email. And they always get back right away and very helpful. I definitely would recommend Infinity Solar System.

Infinity was fantastic with installation and all the way to hook up and turning on the system. The self monitoring tool is fantastic and easily able to see the efficiency of the system. Customer service has been great. Any questions have had they been immediately responsive.

I had reached out to Infinity Energy a few weeks ago to request for a solar panel installation quote. Few days later, I received a text message saying that they cannot give us an estimate as our property is full of trees. I understood and acknowledged that.

Today, at around 12:45pm I received a call from them ( I wasn’t given a name by this person who called) stating the same issues that because of our trees they cannot service us. I was mid-sentence asking this man what we can do or any suggestion specifically about the trees as he’s able to see an aerial view of the property…this man abruptly cut me off and said he’s not gonna continue discussing it with me and to have a good day and just hang up!
Wow! I was caught off guard. This person is super unprofessional, just hanging up on me while I was still asking him questions. Just because he knows he is not going to install solar panels on our property and not get any business from us without removing trees, he decided that he doesn’t want to waste any of his precious time!

Way to go Infinity Energy, you’ve got some rotten employees there.

***Update: 9/16/25- One of Infinity Energy's director called me to apologize for the said employee's behavior. He explained what I needed to know about installing solar panels to our house and even offered to give me an aerial view of my property and as to which trees needed to be removed. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 for this effort.

Had an amazing experience with this company. From initial consultation through to final installation. They were on top of everything and were very responsive. They did my roofing as well as solar panels and they did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Infinite solar started with us through zoom call and discussion on solar, and roofing. We are pleased to have them install our new roof followed by a professional group of solar installers. We are pleased to recommend them. They are with you every step of the way. They call back frequently to keep you informed and updated on the progress of your solar installation and performance. I would use them again when we move.

Well, where do I start? 5 *s. Sales woman was able to sell us on our first call, no other companies looked at. Roof team worked through a storm. 4 electricians there for the installation, and it’s a small house. Follow up and can do attitude. Now we begin our sun power. Thanks all of you, the seen and unseen. One more thing, we are up and “sunning”! Just today we began our shift to a dream we’ve had for a long long time. Watching our app tell us our solar panels are making our energy. YES! Thanks and we will be telling anyone who will listen 🥳☀️⚡️

From the first call to installation, everything went smoothly and as promised from Infinity Energy's side. The town permitting process was a total pain but they took care of it all. I'm excitedly watching my system produce and look forward to years of savings!

Both Todd and Amanda were amazing from start to finish. The installers did the job in less than three hours and i'm extremely happy with everything so far.

One of the trucks in your fleet (bearing your company logo) aggressively tailgated me and multiple other vehicles for an extended period on Highways 87 and 287. The driver was following at an unsafe distance in heavy traffic, repeatedly changing lanes without signaling, and creating dangerous situations at highway speeds.
This kind of reckless behavior not only endangers other motorists but also reflects very poorly on your company’s commitment to safety and professionalism.

So far so good! They’re very responsive but they need to be poked at times to follow up with city for permits and utility company etc. But overall great experience so far. They’re very professional and courteous with their timely replies. I’d recommend this company to anyone who wants solar in the tri-state area! They are also very competitive with their rates so you’ll get best price for your system.

Overall I’m satisfied with the work done with Infinity energy I did a new roof, gutters and solar system with them. Sales rep Ed Gunn was outstanding with his explanation of the system and process, He was very responsive to my many questions. The office personnel was also responsive to my concerns and address them accordingly. However I do feel that the actual solar install could have gone a little smoother the company and the employees are respectful and professional, I just feel the initial solar installers could have been a little more organized and neater. With that being said I did my share of research and they were to me the best company for my install, in my opinion with the equipment I went with which was the Enphase ensamble and battery back up with REC panels. I just see there is room for improvement on the install side of the solar system. The Roof and and gutters on the other hand were spot on. Overall I would recommend the company. By the way I did have a decent size system installed.

I wish I could leave a review on the how the panels are working, but there has been no solar production since the system was activated last week. I got a call from Infinity service and they told me they can't make it out to look at the system until the end of next week. I would have figured that someone would be out as soon as possible, but I feel like now that they have all of my money, there isn't much incentive for them to fix the problem. I will update this review once the issue is revolved, but I'm not satisfied right now.
Update 10/29/2025 - a technician was at the house yesterday and fixed the issue. We now have solar production. Everything is working now. Thank you.

Dana was professional, accessible and most importantly HONEST. I cannot state enough how rare that is in the industry. I engaged 6 different solar companies and this was the best by far.

They were professional and accountable from the first day to project completion. The quality of the work was outstanding and they delivered exactly what they promised. I would recommend them without any reservation and am 10/10 satisfied with my experience.
