Overall great experience working with Infinity despite some construction delays and miscommunication, so would give them 4.45/5 and would recommend them!
To start Dana in Sales was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. It’s always a good sign when sales doesn’t feel the need to push you and they can let the product, service and testimonials do the selling.
I ended up going with 27 REC 405W black panels (10.94kW system) and one 10kWh Enphase battery. I am very happy with the REC panels and the Enphase iQ8 micro inverters which allows us to maximize production when shade, snow, leaves and debris cover some panels partially. This is a big advantage over Tesla that use single line inverters — which creates a single point of failure for the entire system and if one section of any Tesla panel is covered, the production of the entire group of panels will decrease to the lowest performing (voltage) panel.
The Enphase 10kWh battery is decent, and works well with the app, but drains a little faster than expected. The 10kWh is not really enough storage to make it thru the night if you have heat/AC running. Even without any loads it does drain slightly, requiring regular charging to keep it 💯. It has enough capacity in the spring/fall and for minimal backup loads during an outage to make it thru the night, but you will likely need to use the grid electricity at night in winter and summer. Would hope Enphase comes out with a 13.3+ kWh base model battery to be more competitive with Tesla Powerwall 13.5 kWh, so you don’t have to buy multiple batteries and can make it thru the night more often.
Now the Construction was supposed to be 1-2 days but it ended up taking 5 work days (10 calendar days to complete). The original crew did a great job racking the panels, running the conduit lines and setting up the electrical, but they didn’t complete the job in 1 day and that’s where problems started… when the next crew (different people) came they did not know where the project stood so they did not bring all the parts needed to complete the job and took longer to figure where things stood. Long story short I had play the role of project manager and schedule 4 additional visits and give them project notes. Infinity could benefit from a centralized project management team and have a better note taking process so that when new crews come in, they come prepared and can complete the job is 2 days max. Also keeping the same crew on the job until completion wherever possible and carrying extra supplies in the truck would be major improvements.
The general service and communication has been good thus far, but I haven’t had any technical problems within the first month, so will need to update this review if/when I have a service issue. Hoping I don’t have an update y’all for a long time :) -
After tons of research, We are very glad that we decided to go with infinity! The process was seamless. They handled everything from the tree removal, to the roof, to the solar panels. Every contractor that came by was efficient, and most importantly they were clean! You wouldn’t even know we had any work done on our home. We are so impressed with the all of the work! Thank you so much infinity energy!

I've had several solar companies come and quote my project. To be honest there were only a couple that were close to being the same in terms of panel count, equipment etc. Infinity has the depth of experienced people from start to finish and kept in contact with me throughout the project. The system is brand new and I'm waiting for my first bill since energized. Living in CT with the public benefit portion of my bill exceeding $300 on two occasions forced me to move forward. Thank You Infinity!

Started the process in March 2025. Panels were finally installed in Dec 2025. It is now Jan 2026, 10 months in, and we are still not "plugged in". I understand things take time, but 10 months is ridiculous. And now, fully installed, they just sit there. This entire process has been so disorganized. They get 2 stars for pleasant customer service reps. Not helpful, but pleasant.

A big shout-out to the amazing installation team—Darwin, Yoni, Erick, and Adrian—from Infinity Solar! They were so professional, paid close attention to detail, and, most importantly, were genuinely good, caring people. They took care of everything and even left the property spotless after a full day of heavy work. May their path be full of blessings.✨
Everyone at Infinity Solar has been wonderful—from my first meeting with Jeromy Chrisman to the attentive customer service with Crystal. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and excellence, leading to a truly flawless installation.
The installation itself was brilliant—precise, detail-oriented, and beautifully done. Infinity Solar has proven that outstanding results come from outstanding people. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and I highly recommend them! -
I had my system installed today, 39 panels on 3 buildings, two trenches in tough soil with other buried conduit to contend with, panel boxes for each building. A team of 10 showed up at 8:00 and were finished by 3:00. After so much experience with unavailability and delays with contractors in Sullivan County this was a breath of fresh air. The team was professional, caring about aesthetics and approach, and had a strong work ethic. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I will follow up after the system has been running for a few months.

This was the easiest and quickest project I've done in my home. The people at Infinity were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on everything throughout the entire process. They handled all the paperwork, permits, etc. and the system itself was installed in less than a day. I'm happy with my decision to move forward with them and I am grateful for how simple they made everything.

A tree branch fell on one of the panels and cracked it. Update: I’m happy to report that the panel was replaced at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Special thanks to Mario Cortes who was very helpful, courteous and followed through to ensure the replacement was successful. Would recommend Infinity Energy for Solar Power.

Company had great reviews, so I gave them a call. Large roof, 35 square. We'll see how it goes...updates to follow.
05Sept - the roofing installers arrived.
06Sept - so far so good, they have been keeping their word on what we asked.
07Sept - the roofing installers just left. Dedicated crew, some bumps in the beginning, but all worked out well. Rob the Project Manager and Alberto the crew supervisor made good on everything, and made sure all details were attended to. All in all, we are happy.
12Sept - solar crews just left. 45 panels installed, crews very professional. Every detail we asked for was attended to. Overall very happy with the installation.
28Sept - Infinity had a representative on site to meet with all the building, electrical, and fire inspectors. All went well. Utility company inspection and power up next, ETA 3 to 5 weeks, updates to follow.
28Nov - Utility finally installed net meter mid November. No fault of Infinity, permits and utility process takes time. We have been running reports from the Enphase App, and given the short days, the system seems to be producing what I would expect this time of year.
Yes, I would recommend Infinity Energy to a friend or family member. -
I had a 5-star experience with Infinity Energy, from the initial sales call to getting my system activated. Adam K, the solar consultant, was very informative, pleasant, and responsive throughout the whole process. The installation crew are all in-house employees, and I've never had such a professional crew work on my property before. Nate the electrician, Kyle the roofer, and the rest of the team (Dave the electrician, and Brian, Alvaro, and Kavon the roofers). They introduced themselves when they arrived in the morning, were very respectful of my property (at the end of the day, after they packed everything up, they did another walk around the house just to make sure they didn't leave any garbage or debris anywhere), and made a real effort to route all conduits and cables in my attic and crawl space and leave the roof clutter-free. Yani, Amanda, and James at the office handled all my emails and calls about the status of the permits, inspection, interconnectivity, and anything else I wanted to know or ask. The whole process is hands-off - you sign the contract, pay, and they take care of everything, including all permits and applications, and any corrections or changes.

The experience with Infinity Solar could not have of gone more smoothly. from the sales pitch snd deal structure (Dana) to the actual installation with Adam and Chris (electricians) and Kyle and his roofing crew. Exceeded expectations. professional, workmanship, all my questions answered. Great experience couldn’t recommend them more highly. Can wait to see my meter run backwards!
-
This is a solid company, and they have some dedicated, hardworking people on their staff.
Biggest praise to Chino and his roofing crew that bent over backwards to get things just right. They meticulously took an old, multi-layered shingle roof and made it new. The guys are some of the hardest working people I have met.
The solar install was smooth as can be. Lauren and her crew were done in under five hours and left virtually no sign that work had been done that day.
Amanda was helpful throughout the process making sure things were communicated in a timely manner.
Eddie was available throughout most of the process and was very responsive post-work to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
I hope the owners of Infinity make a point to acknowledge all of these excellent employees. They certainly deserve it. -
I loved the personal touch with this company. The communication was amazing and I never felt rushed when asking questions or making my decision. They kept me informed through every step of the process and getting in touch with someone was never an issue!
When I was on the fence about whether to get solar panels after my initial meeting Matt made the time to personally call me and go into more detail about my hesitations. While he was thorough, I never felt pressured one way or the other. -
Dana is an amazing sales person, the install teams were great. Everything went as planned and faster than I expected. This is a company that is worth doing business with. I am glued to the Enphase app just geeking out over the performance of this REC system. Higher recommend this no nonsense company that delivers. Tell them I sent you!

Infinity Solar Systems did a fantastic job of installing 34 Panels on our home. Everyone on the team has been nice & helpful. The installation team did a great job and kept everything neat. Definitely recommend them for your solar project!

Great company to work with... I'm ready to refer Infinity to anyone who's looking to go solar. When we moved to our current home the roof had aged more than what our inspector noticed and the seller let on. On top of that, everything except the stove ran on electric. We needed a roof and needed to get a grip on our ConEd bills. We consulted with 3 other companies on our own and weren't really sold. We were matched with Infinity Energy through a third-party consultant and our experience has been wonderful.
The process does take time [based on your municipality and utility company] but once you get through the procedural bits this company performs! The main office doesn't miss a beat and they make sure to be on top of the permitting and inspections process to ensure that the project can move promptly. The roofing team and the solar team work with professionalism, precision, and efficiency. During the solar installation, the team had to stop because of high winds. I thought that we would have to wait a few days to a week for the crew to come back and finish. But the next morning, before I could make my coffee, they knocked on the door to let me know that they're ready to finish and get our project before the town inspectors for review.
Amazing service. Polite, efficient, and pleasant staff - Amanda C., Bella, Corey, Jean, and the 2 men who handled the panel connections who's names I didn't catch... they were absolute rockstars. From the office, to the site, Infinity knows how to treat their customers.
The before and after shots say more than enough. -
The best solar company you can hire reliable,
Very aggressive pricing,
Very nice employees everything went very smooth. Highly recommend. -
I was blown away by how knowledgable Adam Western is. I'm very technical minded and always want to know every detail about my system. Adam was able to answer every single question I threw at him without hesitation.
I couldn't believe how fast and efficient the entire process was. The slowest part of the whole process was permitting from the town and permission from Central Hudson. They were very communicative through every step of the process and never once felt like I was missing information. The install was very high quality. They used metal conduit and everything was securely fastened. The installers were all very good and accommodated any preferences to where I would like to route the conduit to keep everything looking clean.
Post install, they were still very communicative and on top of things.
Currently the system is fully operational and I'm very happy with everything. It looks great and I can tell the installers took pride in their work.
One thing I want to say is that the whole process started by a simple phone call. I usually am very skeptical about phone sales and typically hang up. But I gave them a chance and I'm happy that I did. Their prices were very competitive and the products that they install are top quality. They're also not just a new start up solar company. They've established a reputation in the roofing business which is very reassuring and I'm confident that they will be able to honor the warranty they advertise. -
I recently had solar panels installed on my house and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was extremely professional, organized, and efficient throughout the entire process—from the initial consultation to the final installation. They communicated clearly, kept everything on schedule, and delivered exactly what was promised. I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the overall customer service. Highly recommend!

The post-installation experience has generally been good, and I'm happy with the savings on my electric bill. However, there were issues during installation and since it was installed, I can't get some minor issues resolved
However, the communication between their roofing contractor and the company left a lot to be desired. We had some vents that needed to be moved, and when I came home to the finished roof, they were still in place, and they had to move them and patch the NEWLY installed roof.
The roofers also let my daughter's husky escape in spite of me making it VERY clear that they were to shut the gate every time they went through it. If you ever had a husky, you would know that once they see freedom, all you will see is a$$es and elbows. Even after we caught her, they left the gate open several times.
There are also issues with some wood panels they replaced. Our roof has 2 levels, and those panels were rotting, so I asked them to fix that while the roof was being replaced. Those panels have now started warping and I will have to likely pay out of pocket because they won't take responsibility for it.
Lastly, I STILL don't have any copy of the guarantee for either the roof or the panels. I'm likely going to be selling my home in the next 18 months and it would have been useful to have them for the next homeowner, as well as for home insurance quotes.
One last minor thing - a lot of the end caps have fallen off. I don't think that affects anything other than the aesthetic, but it's still one more thing.
If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. -
(was on track for 5 stars until the install crew left)
The first half of the experience with Infinity Energy was genuinely excellent. Sales and design were professional and responsive, permitting moved quickly, and the 27 panel system was installed cleanly in one day during the second week of November 2025. The crew was polite, the roof looks great, and everything up to that point was 5-star worthy.
Then everything stopped.
It is now going into a month since the installation was 100 % completed, and I still have no town inspection scheduled and no PTO application submitted to JCP&L**. The system is physically finished but legally turned off.
Because of the delay I am losing roughly $50–$55 per week in solar production I can’t use or get credited for. That’s already adds up to more than $200 lost over the past month — and it keeps growing every week while I continue paying full electric bills with a brand-new solar array sitting idle on my roof.
I completely understand that inspections and utility approvals take time, but I have received zero proactive updates. Every phone call gets the same answer that “we are swamped and there are a lot of customers in front of you. We can’t get you a date yet”.
This will get pushed back further since we are going into holiday season.
Infinity — you did a fantastic job getting the panels installed. Now please finish what you started: schedule the inspection, submit the PTO paperwork, and get my system turned on.
I will happily change this review to 5 stars the day I receive Permission to Operate. Until then, potential customers should know that the experience can fall apart completely the moment the install is done.
Current status: 100 % installed · 0 % operational (still waiting on Infinity to schedule inspection & submit PTO)
