We hired Bailey's Landscaping upon the recommendation of a friend. I needed a new walkway from the sidewalk to my front door and I wanted pavers to replace the old cracked concrete. (click on pic below) I was overjoyed when they did the job. Not only were they amazingly fast, the crew was so pleasant, so professional and the job turned out more beautiful than I had even imagined it would. The photo shows the finished product, drying from a recent rain.

Bailey’s work is beautiful. His employees were always respectful and polite to my family as they worked so quickly, while making sure that each detail was just right. Jeff’s communication was outstanding. After calling a handful of landscaping companies with no answer or even a return call I came across Bailey Landscaping. They not only came out within a day of speaking on the phone. They were able to get my whole yard sodded in a day when I was in a huge time crunch due to pool construction. I can’t say enough great things about this company!

Jeff was recommended to us by 2 of our neighbors for both landscaping and hardscaping. We were extremely happy with our spring clean up and everything looked great through the summer.

Now the hardscaping... we LOVE! We had an addition placed on our home over the winter and didn’t know what to do with the mud pit that was now our backyard. Our backyard is also uneven. Jeff came out, had a vision and was able to help us visual it with his awesome blueprint/presentation software. He was also able to help with the water flow away from the home. I love our patio! His guys were friendly, professional, and worked fast. The project started before and finished sooner than anticipated.

We still need some work on our lawn and just hired Bailey’s again for fall aeration, seeding, etc.

HIGHLY recommended! Obviously we have used the company 3 times in the last year and plan to continue to use with any landscaping jobs in the future

The crew did a great job with the spring clean up and mulching and with our yearly lawn care. I’m always out in the yard and in the garden, so I’m very particular about the flowerbeds, and have been very pleased with the quality of work. They mow and maintain our lawn and our neighbors frequently comment that we have the greenest grass in the neighborhood. One of the reasons we initially chose them is their attention to detail. For instance, their contract specifies the exact placement of mulch around trees including that they will NOT do the volcano mulching which I've seen other landscapers do (which is bad for trees). The owner is also very responsive to emails.

Dedicated to the industry, Jeff will do what it takes to learn about new products, services and news just to afford his clients the opportunity to get the best results when hiring his company. Keeping his clients best interest in mind, he stays true to company culture which gave me the confidence I need to trust that he would work with me until the end, offering me the results I wanted. No Question, I'd refer his services!

We recently had a lot of work done by Jeff after a home renovation project. They installed a beautiful bluestone patio, multiple flower beds and sod. The entire process was perfect. Jeff helped us to pick out the products that were right for our home and we loved how thorough he was when planning the patio configurations taking into consideration how we would use it and what furniture would go on it. It made a huge difference in having a patio that is really beautiful and functional. We absolutely love it all. Jeff and his guys do such quality work and are incredibly easy to work with. We have been using them for years and will continue to!

After having concrete work done we needed a retaining wall and regrading along our driveway. Two buried tree stumps also needed to be ground down. We spoke to four landscapers. One wasn't interested in our project, one thought grading wasn't possible, and the third was slow to get estimates. Bailey landscape met with us and right away began looking at how to make our project possible. Jeff made several helpful suggestions like block choice, sod for the slope, and incorporating lighting that we never thought about but were great ideas we went with. He was also realistic with what they could do and didn't overpromise just to get hired. His crew showed up when they said they would and were professional. The foreman walked the job with me before they started and asked if there were any original plants I wanted to keep. The excavator operator took his time not to chip the new concrete along the graded areas. My job was relatively small in scope and cost compared to much larger and more expensive work they also do and I felt like I got the same care and attention regardless. I would recommend them for all landscaping and hardscaping work.

Great service and responsive owner/managers. The team has been flexible when I needed to modify when we were to cut or do service. The only thing I wish they would do (and all services in general) is be more proactive in notifying when service will be provided (one notification when date is originally set and one notification day of when they are on their way). Having a dog and kids, it is hard to coordinate everyone being away from the yard but they have done a great job and been patient when I have been on work calls and can't be right out.

Bailey has been doing my lawn and other services for over a decade and I have always had the best relationship and service with Jeff and his crew. I highly recommend them for all your lawn and garden care.
