Most horrible attitude exhibited by Dave. Today March 22 2021. Wanted branches removed from side of my house. Because they were not in front of the house , he copped an nasty attitude. Like I was suppose to know that.
I was willing to pay for the service of removal . All he did was complain.
I told him if he didn’t want to do it. I would get someone else. I am a homeowner and don’t need his attitude. What a jerk!

Dave is a friendly guy, and his crew is too. I would recommend this tree service because they do an amazing job. Unfortunately, some people rate this tree service badly which makes me sad because Dave does great work.

Great service! Had a tree fall during a thunderstorm, they were able to have it cleaned up and tree removed the following morning for a super affordable price.

Blown away by the level of care, professionalism and capability from Prate's. We had 3 services...storm damaged tree branches, large tree that needed full topping service, and a massive area of vine and overgrowth along fence. The owner was on site at all times, and brought a very professional large crew with him as well as many pieces of serious equipment. The job they did exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again. Have tried other tree service companies in the past, both good and some so so… this was by far next level.

Prate's Tree Service, led by Mike, just finished an amazing job in our yard which included tree/stump removal, tree trimming and excavation of bamboo. Highly recommend, we got the quote last week and work is already done. Without asking, they ground an out old stump in our yard. Truly, above and beyond service that is greatly appreciated. Mike and his team were so thorough and amazing. They took down 3 huge trees and I was so impressed by how hard they worked and the way they cleaned up. They even blew the dust off my neighbors cars! I had several tree companies come out for estimates . We went with prate . Nice guy crew fantastic on time . We called for estimate two days later trees down job completed . Mike took down 4 trees and his price was reasonable . He was not out to kill your pockets for sure . They are a professional company out to do a great job and make the customer happy . We were very pleased with Mike Prate and his crew . My job was fantastic and will use him for future jobs You will not be disappointed in his service or his quote .

Prate's Tree Service did a great job trimming a large tree on our property. They responded in a timely manner with an on-site quote, they were sensitive to our wishes about the trimming, and were significantly less expensive than competitors in the same area. The crew was professional and courteous. We highly recommend this business for any tree work you might have.

Mike Prate runs a great outfit. His guys are very professional and competent. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job in removing the tree. They raked and cleaned up so well that it looked as though nothing was ever wrong. I will definitely recommend them.
