Highly recommend Expert Appliance. Keith was able to come check out my washing machine for repair/ same day/ conveniently sent a text message window of time- and has been a pleasure to work with. I need a new drain pump- and they have been very knowledgeable, helpful and are set with the part for replacement. Reasonably priced-compared to other local businesses - happy to give them my support. The kind man answering the phone before store even opened was also a delight to work with!

The owner had done $900 on an ice machine that I had repaired within two months the machine had failed. I had returned it to his store which led to four month waiting. Period. It’s no reply and no answers in order to fix the machine., then tells me I owe him $200 in labor for the work he had done to the machine that had never been in operational status again, gaining possession of my machine and not even returning the machine as it is this is the kind of operation that goes at this place
! And the fact that he bragged about look at my reviews $900 a new machine that worked for two weeks you tell me! This is a total scam never ever use this place

Once again Expert Appliance just saved the day! They fixed both my dryer and microwave. Everyone said you have to go and buy a new Microwave and Washer - Dryer. Now these are working great!!! These guys asked the right questions and really checked everything and figured it out. So happy such a great repair place right in the neighborhood.

I have used Expert Appliance multiple times , but have never gotten around to posting a review of this wonderful local business. Alex and his team (which includes his two sons) are true professionals. They are prompt, courteous, thorough, and most importantly, honest. I will continue to use them in the future for repairs and new appliance purchases.

Today was my first experience working with Expert Appliance in Marlboro.
It could not have been a better experience. From walking in the store last week and meeting the person running the store. The ordering process and today the repairman fixing two of our appliances.

I am grateful for his promptness and attention to detail while working on the dishwasher and our refrigerator.

John came out to diagnose my malfunctioning dishwasher, which he did in less than 5 minutes. He ordered the part and quoted me a fair price. When John returned to perform the repair of my dishwasher (one day after the part arrived), he discovered that the part in my dishwasher was just disconnected and replacing the part was not necessary. John fixed said part and adjusted the price to fairly reflect the work was done. I recommend this company and I will definitely be giving them repeat business if and when the time comes. On a personal note, John was a great ambassador for his company - he was personable, competent, and honest. Terrific service all around.

Keith came and fixed it in a little over an hour - phenomenal service and Keith was exceptional - showed up just when they said they would as well

I've been using expert appliance repair for years for different appliances. Alex is amazing. His knowledge of appliances is incredible. We recently had him over to fix a part on our GE Profile Refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem which was more mechanical than electrical. He ordered the part and had our refrigerator up and running like new. I would highly recommend this company as they are honest and knowledgeable.

Had an issue with my dryer and they scheduled me right away for service (very flexible). Keith came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Was up and running in less than an hour. Will use them again when needed.

I would give zero if it were possible. Called for help with my dual fuel stove appliance, as the electric oven was slow to heat. The gas burners on the stove worked perfectly. After the “expert” came, he couldn’t fix the oven, but damaged the gas stove

I have a 7 year old dryer that was squeaking and I really didn’t want to bu a new one. I called Expert Appliance and Repair and they were able to schedule an appointment for me in 2 days. As a note, a competitor was scheduling 2 weeks out. They had a very reasonable charge to come out and evaluate the job ($89), which was credited towards the repair. Keith came to our house and was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the most probable cause of the squeak and he got it right the first time! He told me the cost of repair ( very reasonable!) before starting the repair. Additionally , they warranty the work they do for 1 year. The company texts you before they come and they even followed up with me after the job. I was very impressed with all aspects of their service. I will definitely use them again for future appliance service and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive appliance repair service.

Mike was great at looking at my JennAir dishwasher and diagnosing problem and showing what parts were needed to repair.
After bad experience with service provider recommended by JennAir, I am very pleased with the customer care provided by Expert Appliance Center in New Jersey. They are my goto guy for anything appliance related,

This company was great, the squeezed me in the next day when my fridge gave out… Technician was able to diagnose the issue so quick and amazingly enough he had the replacement board in his truck… all fixed… I highly recommend them if your experiencing any issues with appliances

We have a 2014 Samsung refrigerator bought for about $1,600. The temperature increased from 35 to 60 degrees and the refrigerator was not getting cold causing us to garbage perishable food.
Mike replaced the panel and the sensor which worked fine for 2 weeks but the same issue was faced. Alex, the owner came to diagnose the issue and resolved it in a few minutes. I am thankful to Alex for leveraging its expertise.

We’ve used them twice so far. Both times the techs were super professional and thorough. One was able to fix our refrigerator ice machine and stayed longer than necessary to ensure it was making ice, dispensing and there wasn’t a broader issue. Most recently, they came out to fix our oven which wasn’t heating on bake mode. The tech was also pleasant and diagnosed/ replaced the igniter within a few minutes and had it working in time for dinner. He then noticed a part on the dishwasher was loose (completely unrelated to the call) and spent a few minutes repairing that as well. Top notch service and skills! 10/10 recommend
