Alex came to fix my 2001 SubZero 560 refrigerator that was stopped cooling well..then not at all.
Arriving about 3pm ...determined the issue and quickly replaced the failing evaporator ( a common issue with aging Sub Zeros) recharged and put it all back as it was by just about 430! now its back to 37 degrees at 7pm .
Amazing, knowledgeable, quick, professional and fairly priced. I will not hesitate to call on Expert Appliance if any other of my appliances have any issues.

I have an old refrigerator with panels matching my kitchen cabinets. I did not want to buy a new refrigerator. Alex did an impossible job saving my old fridge. It was not cooling. He was patient and really took the time to diagnose it ….checking for leaks, blockages etc. He located a block in one of the tubes and cleared the debris. I was beyond impressed that he could pinpoint exactly what was wrong. He’s a true expert. He is also very friendly and pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions and provided a guarantee for his work at a reasonable price. I’m so thankful that my old fridge is working like new again! Thank you expert appliance center!!! I will recommend you and use you again as my other appliances get up there in age.

I called expert appliances this morning because my oven door needed to be repaired they sent Keith at 2:00 p.m. Keith fixed my door he was very friendly very efficient explained everything as he was fixing it . I have never been more pleased. I know who I will call every time I need my appliances fixed it is so nice to know there's a company there out there that you can rely on.

Alex did a great job of repairing our WOLF range. The oven door needed to be repaired because the door's retention mechanism failed and the 100lb door would fall when opened.

It honestly works better now that it did before! When it's closed it seals better than before. Much appreciated.

July 16- Been waiting 6 weeks for return service call. 2 days after repair microwave nonfunctional. Parts issues, scheduling issues and poor follow up. Alex is a pleasure but this is not good! Very disappointed!

May 29th…Local family run business is impressive. Engaging, polite, timely and clean. Changing a Zero G compressor or a microwave magnetron, I highly recommend them!

I hired these guys to install an induction cooktop, as well as a new dishwasher. In both cases, the existing appliances/spaces were a little too tight/difficult to work with in terms of getting the old appliances out and the new ones in. Rather than giving up like an installer from a big company like Lowes or Home Depot, Alex found a clever workaround for each appliance that got the job done. No way 'regular' installers would have tried those novel ideas to work around difficult situations. No question these guys are the best around. Thanks!

Alex went above and beyond my expectations of great customer service!! His care with my Miele coffee machine was impeccable. I was so confident after meeting Alex for the first time when he diagnosed the issue with my built in Miele coffee machine, that I was in the absolute best hands. He was kind, friendly and beyond knowledgeable at his craft. I will NEVER call anyone else but Expert appliance center and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. I am so happy with my service! My almost 15 year old Miele is literally like brand new. I can’t thank Alex enough, as I’m my 31 years married and all the technicians I have come across, I have never had someone as caring and honest. Donovan went above and beyond installing a dishwasher in my home. He was on time, courteous, and went the extra mile when the install proved to be more complicated than we anticipated.

Our oven stopped preheating and wouldn’t warm up to temp. Called Expert Appliance at 6pm and a service tech was at our house the next morning with the part that fixed it. Quick, easy to work with, and friendly sales/service tech. 10/10 will be saving their contact info for all our future needs. It’s refreshing to know there are good companies still out there providing top tier support without feeling like they have to overcharge and rip off customers. These guys are great!

We just had a company cancel service on us because they “Don’t install appliances”. Expert Appliance came to the rescue! Greg responded quickly, sent me a quote the next day and then sent one of his workers, Donovan who is fantastic, very friendly and did a perfect job installing our new microwave! Anytime you need an appliance installed don’t hesitate and call Expert Appliance!!

It was an okay experience. The tech showed up on time, around 11:15 am, and left within the hour, around 11:47 am. They talked to my mom and figured out the igniter on my GE oven was bad, so they replaced it. I got charged $330 plus tax, which I think is a bit much.

I thought I needed a repair, but needed a replacement instead. Expert appliance was great to work with in finding a new unit and sent the most amazing installer, Donovan, to put the washer in. He was meticulous and conscientious !

I stopped by today for a repair to a Miele vacuum head piece and Greg was patient, communicative, and very helpful. I did not have the star key bit to unscrew, and Greg was so kind to use his tools to help unclog and clear the vacuum piece. Amazing job Greg!

Lucky to find this company. Very knowledgeable finding the problems. Use them on different items in my house. Lastly, Alex came to fix my ice cube maker. Never ran better. Thanks!
