Reviews of local pros in Matawan, New Jersey

Rafael and his crew did an outstanding job on our outdoor space. They were punctual, professional, and worked hard to complete this huge project within the timeframe and budget promised. They addressed our major drainage issues, built a beautiful patio and fire pit area, and gave our front yard a fresh look it desperately needed. The crew worked clean and kept the property tidy during this process, and Rafael himself was a huge help to us with the entire process and sought our input to make sure we were taken care of.

We highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor living area, property clean up, or any of the many services Rafael and his amazing team provide.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible transformation of our outdoor space! From start to finish, Rafael and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. Their punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to their craft were evident from day one.

The crew arrived before 8 a.m every day and worked tirelessly until 6 p.m. They were meticulous in their cleanup, ensuring our property remained spotless throughout the project. But it was their commitment to our happiness that truly set them apart. Rafael consistently sought our input, making adjustments as needed to ensure we were thrilled with the results.

We can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship. Our new patio and fire pit are simply stunning. The french drains they installed have effectively addressed our drainage issues, and the spring cleanup and mulch have given our front yard a fresh, vibrant look.

We wholeheartedly recommend Rafael and his team to anyone seeking to elevate their outdoor living space. Their talent, work ethic, and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Rafael also stayed within budget and finished in the timeframe he gave us on day 1.

Thank you for creating a backyard oasis we will cherish for years to come!

Rafael and his team did an absolutely incredible job on our backyard. The land was very uneven, crowded with debris, and we had no privacy to our home. His team worked quickly and efficiently to create a beautiful space by adding a retaining wall, leveling the ground, installing a fence, and adding a beautiful patio. We are so thrilled with the work they did! Rafael and his team were very professional, punctual, and brought our vision to life. They exceeded our expectations with their dedication and hard work. We would recommend them over and over again, thank you guys so much! Before, during, and after photos truly speak for themselves!

Excellent service, always a satisfying experience!

I am a new customer. And I could not be happier with the performance of the team.
They have given me a manicured lawn and are absolutely truly professional courteous and mindful of their job.
I had to call the manager to thank them for the team's performance.

Kevin and his crew are wonderful. Do not hesitate to hire him. He is down to earth and simplifies things for you. He has a very easy going approach which lessens your stress when hiring someone for such a large project!

If you are looking for an exceptional landscaping company for your home, use KDS!!! They are professional and produce high quality work time after time. Not to mention the dedication and hard work of their wonderful administrator! You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I highly recommend KDS landscaping. They did an amazing job installing pavers on two walkways and our backyard patio. Beautiful, professional workmanship.

KDS does it all! I had my backyard redone completely with a pavilion, pavers, an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and landscaping, ranging from tree removal to flower installation. Could not recommend more. Kevin is licensed, professional, and in business for over 25 years.

Horrendous. They've killed TWO of my plants over the past two years (one of which was just killed a few mos ago by them pulling it up when it was very clearly in a planter). Now they've went and killed a bird's nest on our yard. Just a bunch of careless, thoughtless individuals. Would not recommend. Lol.

They do great work

Great family owned business...wonderful staff and employees

We were really disappointed with their service. Total waste of money and time. Lawn looks worse than last year.

The service was terrible. Very bad quality. The workers were not professional at all. My lawn was really nice before the service. Now I have to find another company to save it. Stay away from this company.

Lambertsons and their team not only delivered in record breaking time but they turned our backyard into an oasis. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel their landscape and pavers. 5 Stars all round. Thank you Lambertson team.

They came and quoted us a on number of options for a huge landscaping project - they were timely, responsive, and very helpful! While this specific project didn’t work out for us, we would absolutely consider working with them in the future.

We hired Joe and Bill Lambertson from Lambertson's Landscaping to replace my swimming pool stones and add a landscape fabric underlayment. Instead they killed all my bushes and pine trees around the pool and wouldn’t even come back to take a look at the problem they had created. We emailed them several times and tried a few calls but no luck getting an answer. Stay away from this company once they get your money and there is a problem don’t expect an answer from them.

Joe and Bill were absolute professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They have a team who takes pride in what they do from beginning to end. Our 1 day transformation was better than we ever expected. If you want your landscaping done the right don’t bother with anyone else. Absolutely love our backyard oasis!

After dealing with multiple companies over the last 10 years we finally found the company that actually cares about their work and it shows. Bill, Joe, Joan and the entire Lambertson crew are true professionals. We had been so used to a seeing a typical rushed spring/fall "clean up" from the other companies, it was very refreshing to see them spend the time and see the finished product when they were done. They treat your property like it's their own. Our property has curb appeal now. A huge thank you to Lambertson's Landscaping for going the extra mile. If you want it done correctly make sure you call them.

Highly recommend Lambertson's Landscaping in Matawan. The work done landscaping the front of our house exceeded our expectations! They worked nonstop and transformed the front of our house into a beautiful customized landscape!

Great service!
