Igor was referred by a close friend of mine who had multiple homes inspected. Igor had saved my friend from what could have been a terrible buy.
He charged a slight bit more than our agent's usual man, but it was worth the small investment.
He took time to properly examine and thoroughly thoroughly explain.
I have zero experience in all of this, but Igor walked me through every detail and explained the consequence of any issue minor or major. He also provided solutions just in case the land lord would not agree to rectify.
His background in construction enables him to spot things easily, but he STILL TAKES TIME and CAREFULLY examines everything. He was also very respectful of the current residents belongings.
He is a man of integrity, experience, thoroughness and professionalism.
His report includes pictures of all issues and readings. He talks about the GOOD and the BAD.

But my confidence in our decision is not solely based on his experience and judgement. We were rest assured by his thorough explanations!

Igor was great. He is extremely professional and is excellent at what he does. He did a thorough inspection of a house that I ended up purchasing. He also did my termite inspection. It was the best decision that we made to have Igor come to do our roof inspection. From the first moment he arrived at our building to the delivery of his inspection report, Igor, who has many years of experience in building and construction, demonstrated his professionalism, knowledge, and expertise through his thorough inspection and clear and in-depth explanation. I not only felt, but knew that Igor was there to help us to identify the issues, to advocate for us, and for our interests. In my past experiences, I always had to wait for half an hour or even longer for the expert to come. Igor was on time for the inspection appointment, and he also took his time to walk through and inspect all the problem areas, not just the roof but other potential places that future issues may arise with his high-tech equipment. He explained to me the areas that are affected as well as those that may lead to problems if left unattended. After his inspection, Igor wrote and delivered (on the very same day) a comprehensive report that explained in photos (that he took with his infrared cameras) and professional (but easy to follow) written explanation the areas that need to be addressed. The only regret we have is that we did not have Igor inspect our roof sooner. Indeed, I will definitely reach out to Igor for future inspections and other home projects. I recommend him in the highest terms and without reservation.

From top to bottom left to right , covered everything with impeccable detail, pictures to align with each finding and got all manufacturers dates off all of the mechanicals.

Although the house had previously had an oil tank and it was inspected and removed, Igor recommended we do it. He was right on target!! we found another oil tank that would cost 5,000 -15,000 minimum to remove the oil tank...He saved us this expense and of course it was worth the extra money we paid for the inspection.

Igor is a top-notch inspector. He comes in 30 minutes early to do oil tank weep and roof inspection. He uses best tools and gets you detailed report the day of your inspection. He used to be a home builder for many years so that experience makes him a must-have for a new construction or a renovated flip.

Igor is so kind, cheery, attentive, responsive, and excellent at his job. He showed up early to our appointment and went through each room with extreme care. He treated the home like his own and patiently explained every part of what he was doing -- the inspection took 4 hours and he did not miss a single detail! Igor sent over a copy of the inspection report later the same night.

The first inspection went well. He detected a lot of issues in our first home offer which helped us to leave the contract. That's why we contacted him again for our second offer. But with the second inspection, he missed out essential issues related to the foundation and negative grading around our house. Also, he missed to check the plumbing on the full bathroom that was leaking and rotting the bathroom subfloor. We had to change it totally. We ended up buying a house with water issues in our basement and rotten subfloor. Finally, we added to the inspection service to check in the garage and he almost walked away without even take a look at it. His second inspection was terrible, on top of that, more expensive. I would never recommend him.

If anyone is need of a home inspector, I would highly recommend hiring Igor Gladkov! He is professional, thorough, and is very friendly. He is also responsive to your emails/texts, and provides as much detail as possible in his reports. I would gladly pay for his services again in the future.

Igor is super knowledgeable and responsible. He used to build big houses and he has his electrical license, so he really knows what makes a great house. We built a new construction with a large national builder and Igor was able to find some issues before closing so the builder could fix them for us. It was the best money ever spent. I came across Igor while searching for another similar named Eagle Eye Inspection company. I’m very glad I found him though. He was so thorough, that my significant other couldn’t sleep after reading through his home inspection report. She thought the home was going to implode based on all the flaws. However this only shows how detailed he was in observing and uncovering any current or future issues in a home inspection.
