Mason's Chimney service cleaned my wood burning fireplace and dryer vent. The were prompt, courteous and resonably priced. They never leave anything behind to clean up, and actually vaccumed leftover ash(from prior to their visit) out of the bottom of my fireplace. The dryer vent had many birds nests apparently, and I was instructed what to do to easily fix that problem. They keep educated in their field, use safety equipment (filters, etc), and are insured. Their family has been doing this for many, many years so I have always been confident in their experience.

I visited Mason's Chimney Service last week and purchased 10 packs of their wood brick fuel. I'm happy with how much heat the product gives off, how easy it is to light the fire, and how cheap the fuel is compared to those dura-flame logs from the department stores. The wood bricks don't stink like the paper logs.

Mason's is super!!!! They did a great job! Our new chimney is terrific! They were very clean and polite, respectful of the house and the furniture! We are very pleased!!!! I highly recommend Mason's!!!

I am a Licensed Realtor and Property Manager. I called Mason's for one of the Properties I manage as we are conscientious about the chimney cleaning. This is the first time I worked with them. I was impressed by their explanation of the "thoroughness" and video inspection! Then 3-4 weeks after the inspection we have received NOTHING. The Owner, who paid by credit card that day of course, has NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPORT or even a paid invoice! However, even though they were asked not to discuss with Tenant and that we want to receive the report first, they went ahead and told the Tenant it was not safe!!!!!!!!!! Nor did I, the Property Manager who ordered it, receive any report video or even an invoice, despite calling a SECOND and THIRD TIME and giving STACY my email address and the Owner's email address 2 more times. Definitely not in our spam folders either! When I called the THIRD TIME I was told that their internet was down! I have had this same chimney inspected by 2 other chimney cleaners and they both said it was fine! Why is there such a discrepancy in the reporting? Why wasn't I or at least the Owner, who PAID for it, told anything at all!?!?!?! They talk a good talk and then drop the ball after getting paid. Not quite the way to build a good business. I have over 25 properties with fireplaces but I won't be calling them again.

I just bought an older house with a fireplace and wasn’t sure if it was safe to use so I called Mason’s Chimney service. They came out and inspected my fireplace and told me to just have it replaced due to it being old and unsafe. They were honest, prompt, and professional and they didn’t even charge me cause he was only here for 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend !💯

Only company I will EVER call for my fireplace needs. I had them come out and install an insert in my fireplace. The two men who showed up were professional and polite, and didn't mind answering my questions and concerns about what they were going to do. They finished the job in a timely fashion, and even fixed a leak that had been going on for many months that we could not find. I Highly Recommend Mason's.

Mason's just finished installing a fireplace after re-lining the interior chimney. We couldn't be happier. The estimator was knowledgable, the installers were professional and friendly and the fireplace looks and works great. Was Mason's the cheapest estimate we got? No, but with some things you don't go bargain hunting. We're very happy we went with Mason's.

I can not say enough about Ed and his wife. Very Professional and thoughtful. Ed is a man who takes pride in his work. This is something very hard to find today. We moved into our home two years ago and Ed told me last year I may have to only be serviced every other year. When he came he was very honest telling me what I needed to do to save money and that I did not need him this year. Ed knows his craft and cares. I told him he's my guy for life and I won't go with anyone else! If you want a good man, professional, knowledgeable and someone who cares then Ed is your man!!!! And we love Ed's wife too. She is a joy to speak with and always there to help us and guide us through any questions we have while Ed is working. Thank you guys so much!

Ed was kind, professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient and helpful with my limited knowledge and many questions. Ed helped me understand what a level 2 inspection shows, and what I needed to do if I wanted to convert my (very old and unused) gas fireplace back to a wood burning fireplace. Highly recommend.

Mason's had rebuilt my fireplace box with a Rumford style firebox 8 years ago. They were on time, worked neatly, and the workmanship was excellent. We called Mason's Chimney Service to clean our chimney. Ed and Rich cleaned the chimney and then inspected the chimney. They found some problems that needed to be repaired. They sent us an estimate to repair the problems, which we accepted. Mason's Chimney Service is a very professional company. They respected our home and made sure we were satisfied with their work when they were finished. We certainly would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. We will be using them again.

Mason's is an outstanding chimney service - the best around. If you need service they are the ones to call. Ed and Rich just serviced my fireplace - it looks like a new unit - clean and ready to go. In addition they are extremely clean, putting down drop cloths from the moment they enter and wrap them up on leaving to prevent dirt. I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned out my fireplace and chimney. They made sure everything was safe with the camera. They even took the time to show me how to turn on the gas to light my fireplace since I just moved into my house a month ago. Rich also explained I had the wrong size grate and took a picture inside the fireplace of the serial number and recommended a local company to purchase the correct size.

I have been dealing with Mason's Chimney Service for many years. They responded very quickly to an issue with the chimney in my former home which was leaking during rain storms. During the inspection they discovered a significant defect that was a potential safety issue. The problem was fixed to my complete satisfaction for exactly the amount of money they estimated. Three years ago I moved into a new home and I have continued to use them here for dryer vent cleanings. I have a rather complicated twisty dryer vent and they carefully and efficiently cleaned it out, leaving my laundry room in good, clean conditions even though they had to move the washer and dryer (in a very tight space) to get to the vent. I have recommended them to my neighbors and everyone is very happy with their work, professional attitudes, excellent customer service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them!

Our fireplace was completely unusable! After a terrible experience with another company, we called Masons. Great Decision! They came, they saw, they fixed. They torn down our old chimney and replaced it. Then they took out our fireplace and created a beautiful new stone fireplace. It took us a while for them to schedule us in because they are busy, but after the job completion, we can truly say it was "Worth the Wait." Professional, on time, good clean up and GREAT JOB!!!
