I found DryerVentz on line and got a quick response from Joe. I was able to make an appointment with him the same day. He was prompt, courteous and accommodating. He paid close attention to making sure to carefully move any furniture or breakables out of the way. Joe did such a through job cleaning my dryer vent and returning to do my duct vents as well. His professionalism and friendly disposition ensures I will be calling him again and recommending him to others!

I was very impressed with Joe’s thoroughness. He took his time and listened to my concerns. He found the problem within minutes and I couldn’t believe that the company I previously used had left one of my vent pipes completely open which is why my outside vent flaps weren’t pushing any air out. It was all going into my basement. Joe showed me how the pipes are fastened together and he put special tape just for extra security. After he was all done and had put all his equipment away he took it all back out and wanted to make it more secure because of the weight. He cleaned everything inside and outside before he left. I couldn’t be happier with his work and him. A very professional and personable individual.

They vacuumed up any dust that fell out, and were very efficient. They really went above and beyond; when they opened the windows to air the rooms out, they vacuumed the sills out too.
