Diagnosed the issue quickly and told me how to prevent it from happening again to extend the life of my dryer. So hard to find good home repair resources these days but grateful I found Manzella!

We needed a new AC unit in the middle of the summer, and Dormann's was great from the start. Eric was really helpful answering all my questions by email, text, or call. Sherri and Michelle in the office were friendly and also very helpful in getting me a quick installation date. Jason and Joey installed the new system very quickly and professionally. Really happy with our experience with Dormann's. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with Domann's! Our water heater died late last night, we reached out and Eric from Dormann's got back to us in under 10 minutes. They were here this morning at 10 and done around noon. The work was excellent and the work area was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend and am so thankful for the quick response and excellent service!

Very happy with my experience. Needed a new furnace, AC, and water heater. I received quotes from multiple companies, but Eric at Dormann really stood out making sure to get me the absolute best value for my dollar, as well as ensuring i got a system that would keep my family comfortable long term. Also, he wasn't just the sales guy, he was on site making sure the install was top notch. Can't recommend this company enough. Super responsive, very professional, and the instal team was great.

Pro: same day service. Con: $600 for 30 mins of work installing a part that costs $20. Don't use unless desperate. Gouging is not the way to build a loyal customer base. This was our 2nd experience with them and both the same result.

I recently replaced water heater with Dormann's. The staff team is really professional and took care of the place. They are a little pricey but they do quality work. I have been using them for a few large projects in the house. Definitely recommend them.

Service was good and tech was friendly, but pricing was highway robbery. Called them out to replace a failed capacitor, tech diagnosed and replaced within 15 minutes, but the entire visit cost $450, the least they could’ve done was waive the diag fee.

We can’t speak highly enough about Dormann’s. Their professionalism is outstanding. We recently moved to our new home. Tyler came out to do a check on our heating system to make sure everything is running smoothly and ready for winter. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. He explained and showed us how the system works. We also had a unit that we weren’t sure of. It was a dehumidifier. He checked that and also explained how it works. We are also thinking about converting our wood fireplace to gas. Tyler also checked on that.
We had plumbing done by Dormann’s also.
