My wife and I interviewed at least 4 contractors before committing to Eric Dormann. He was a gentleman to deal with. Very competitive pricing and completed the job in time frame promised. Sherry his office manager alway kept us posted as to when their installers would be here. David and his assistant kept a clean work space and wore booties as my wife requested. Will 100% recommend Dormann to family and friends.Also added a vent & ductwork in our bedroom.

My AC wasn't getting cold. I called Dormann's at 7 PM last night and left a message. I received a call back in about 15 minutes. An appointment was schedule between 11 AM and 2 PM for the next day (today). I received email and text confirmation of the appointment (they were able to come earlier). This morning I received a text as the technician was on his way. Tyler diagnosed and repaired the problem with my HVAC in about 30 minutes. Clear and timely communication, professional service, and cold air blowing once again! Thanks Dormann's!
And, by the way, the system is 15 years old...

This company is totally professional. Sherry’s customer service is above and beyond. She’s courteous, cooperative helpful nothing seems to be a problem answers all questions in a professional manner and has been so helpful. I highly recommend this company.

We called Dormann’s Heating during the extremely cold temperatures in late January 2026. Our upstairs heat was not working. We expected to be on a waitlist. The technician arrived within an hour. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in one hour. This top notch service is consistent with past events. Whenever we call for service, they always are prompt and professional. We’ve contacted Dormanns both in the summer heat and winter. The service is always more than satisfactory. We won’t use anyone else.

I highly recommend Dormann's Heating & Cooling, LLC to anyone needing HVAC service. I called their office, explained we just spent the night without heat, and they were at our residence within 2-hours. The fix to the boiler of our heating plant was done by their technicians and is running smoothly again. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. Thank you to everyone at Dormann's!

Dormann’s was on time & our service man was professional& honest. He didn’t try to sell us a warranty or contract like other companies. I like the fact they are a family company & will use them for all of my future service. Pricing was way better than Horizon as they did not overcharge for a check up and also provided upfront pricing prior to our appointment.

After a recent power outage, my thermostat stopped working and was showing error messages. I called Dormann's Heating and Cooling, and I’m so glad I did.

They thoroughly tested my HVAC system first to make sure the issue wasn’t something more serious. Thankfully, my system had power and was functioning properly — the thermostat itself had failed. They quickly removed the old thermostat, installed a new one, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

What really stood out was the level of service. They didn’t just install the thermostat — they also helped me download the appropriate app, walked me through registration, and made sure I knew how to control it remotely. That extra support made a big difference.

The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and thoroughness of the service provided. It was absolutely appropriate and not over the top expensive.

Hopefully I won’t need HVAC service again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Highly recommend!

We just had our complete HVAC system and water heater replaced today. From start to finish, our experience with Dormanns Heating and Cooling was nothing less than first class.

Craig, who came out to give us our evaluation and estimate, was courteous, knowledgeable and had many offers/estimates available for us to view before he even left our house. He advised us on the best choice for us, and the reasons why. After meeting other companies for estimates, our decision to go with Dormann's was pretty easy.

On installation day, Joe and his crew that came out were just as good. Every single one of them was kind, courteous and obviously very good at their job. The craftsmanship is second to none, and we were thoroughly walked through everything they had done and our new system was explained to us.

We had an issue with an auxiliary part of our system shutting down (nothing to do with Dormann's or their craftsmanship) and literally within an hour of the first call, both Joe and Craig had come out and had the issue fixed.

Dormann's gained themselves a new long term customer today, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving forward.

After reaching out to social media asking for recommendations for new HVAC system and setting up several estimates, our choice to go with Dorman’s Heating and Cooling was a no-brainer! Craig came out and provided the information with no pressure to make a sale! Super honest and professional! The installation team led by David were amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional even in the frigid cold that they worked in the entire day! David answered all of our questions we asked through out the day, which were many, and never made us feel that we were bothering him! We are very satisfied and would strongly recommend everyone to include Dorman’s in their search for any HVAC needs!

What a great company! My mother had no heat right after the snowstorm ended and I called their office and had a pleasant customer service experience. I was informed that she would be calling a technician and that he would contact me when he was on his way. I received a call from Tyler within a half hour and the issue was fixed within the hour. Tyler was very friendly with my mother while there and he called me back to let me know what work was completed and that my mom's heat is back up and running!
I have used their services a couple of times at my home and have been very impressed with them. This time was no exception and considering they saved me any worry with regard to my elderly mother being without heat, I can't be more appreciative for them.
