Water main supply line, leak with low water pressure. Got three estimates and Arrow was the best price and best explanation of the service. Whole job took 6 hours and they put everything back as best as possible. I hope I don't have to use them again but I would recommend Arrow to anyone that has this serious issue.thanks!

I need to commend Claudio for his determination and confidence to get the job done when we ran into an issue with the tube for the trenchless repair of an old leader line. He was professional from start to finish and even though the job took longer than expected. He got the job done right and that is what matters in the end. Tools and machines can fail but you cannot replace human intervention and care for work and clients. Thank you Claudio for saving the day!

Recently had the privilege to work with Arrow on a project. From the second they came on board they were polite, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish the attention was focused on doing whatever is necessary to complete the job. Lewis and Doug were there with an hour to provide a more than fair estimate and the following day Lewis and his team arrived at sun up and worked diligently till way past sun down to ensure the sewer was flowing. The machinery and trucks needed for this job was never an issue. I have no doubt that I will 100% be recommending Arrow sewer and drain in the foreseeable future!

I had an emergency issue and arrow came out, although the issue was temporarily resolved by then, the technician still gave me an assessment and suggestion on the work that needs to be done to fix it permanently. I had dealt with one of their plumbers before who did excellent work. Would recommend them for any and all plumbing needs for their honesty and professionalism.

We had Doug come out to give an estimate to replace our sewer line. He did an excellent job of walking me through exactly what our problem was and what steps would be needed to rectify the situation. We had an emergency sewer line repair that needed to be completed under a tight deadline due to the house being in contract to sell. Arrow came to the house within hours of being called and immediately conducted a video inspection of the sewer line at no cost to us. We were shown the video as the inspection was being conducted, and then the required process for repairing the sewer line was explained to us and a price estimate was provided. We chose to proceed with Arrow because of their prompt response time, knowledgeable and professional team, and reasonable price. There was time pressure to complete the repair due to the house sale. Arrow completed this substantial job in two days. On the second day, they worked 17 straight hours in order to complete the job properly and on time. I recently had extensive work done on my main drain performed by Arrow. Almin was particularly helpful in explaining and guiding the whole process. He and his team stayed very late to make sure that my job was done correctly. He and his guys are extremely dedicated! I would highly recommend!

I can only say that my entire experience from start to finish was excellent dealing with Arrow Sewer and Drain. Everyone from the owner to every member of the crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I had a serious drain backup into my home that require an extensive repair. You have to choose a company that is well versed in the latest technology.

Arrow is well ahead of the competitors as I was told my property would have to be dug up from my front door all the way to the middle of the street.

That is old way. Arrow has a new way. Luis, Mike, Mike, Dennis, and Mexico along with office personnel was all super helpful and explaining everything. The owner took the time to follow up and meet with me to review everything and do the initial inspection. He is a young man with such excellent and knowledgeable expertise that was very helpful abs stands by his company to deliver excellence.

You will not go wrong with choosing Arrow. I give them a 10 out of 10 across the board. I am back up and running and the did the job in little time.

First off, I called because I needed my sink in the basement next to the washer unclogged and they guy who came here came off as very nice and then came in and with his small flash light looked at the sink and the small kitchen sink next to the laundry room and in less than 30 seconds said that he would unclog it. It struck me as odd because he did not bother to look at the main pipe leading to the street until I told him. He went and got his equipment and began to examine the main pipe. The area around the main pipe entrance was not over flooding at all. He used a snake with a camera from that point leading towards the street and there was a belly in the pipe 20 feet away from the foundation. Not close to the house. The sink next to the washer clogs up when I let the water run for a brief moment and takes a very little amount of water to notice that the sink is clogged. The problem is between the sink and the main pipe entrance. Oh yeah he did not run the snake towards the house and that's another thing that makes me think the guy believes I am 100% idiot and confirm moron. There is no way that with a very little amount of water running from the sink will clog it all the way to the so call belly he saw almost on the street. It would take a lot of water to reach and back up at the belly and if that was the case than the entrance to at the main pipe would be flooding that room. Water did not flow smoothly out from the sink to the main entrance pipe. The whole time that I he was showing me the pipe with the camera on the snake showing the belly, it did not look like it was recording because the recording button on the tablet was a full red circle and not a red square where you would press in order to stop recording. He insisted that the problem was the belly by the street and if that was the case, than that is the city's problem. Not mine. After he told me that he would gladly schedule to come in and fix the problem which required excavating and tearing up my floors and yard for the "Low Low Price of $11,000". He began to talk about financing and how he is trying to help me. In order to do a job like that it's obvious you need more than a second opinion not like a simple drain clog. I was charged that day almost $500 and the guy took off. I also called couple days later and ask for information on what happened that day he was here. The lady on the phone said that they tech will call me the same day and did not call and I called back the following morning and surprisingly it was the same guy that was here that day. I asked him nicely if he could send me the footage of what he had done that day and became silent for a brief moment before saying "I will see if I can find it but if I do it will cost $400 to send them to you". Well that's convenient. These things should be keep on file with costumers account and have access to them right away and not telling costumers to see if they can find them. And starting with the fact that he never recorded anything but I had to ask anyway in case that I was wrong. I hung up immediately. This company is no good and I was being scammed. I called the owner of the house and he said asked where did I find that company and told me they are a bunch of scammers. For those of you who had good experience with this company well I'm happy for you but not everyone has the same experience. After my whole experience with them this company struck me as the ones who would see if their costumers and stupid in order to drain your bank account and I feel sorry for the people that fall for it. I could care less what their response to my review is. Period. I would NEVER call these people to set foot in this home or any of my friends and family's homes. It's unreal.

Nir helped me get my laboratory ready for an Aqua Solutions Water System. He was great! On time, friendly and very easy going. I was extremely confident he knew exactly what was needed to get the job done! Would hire again 10/10.

Very Professional, Punctual, In detail and have much experience in Plumbing. Have an excellent crew. I've worked with multiple vendors to get their opinion to address my sewage line blockage and got different suggestions, but based on my layman experience, felt Arrow has answered everything and pointed the exact location on the issue. Team went one level ahead to cover my neighbors car. Excellent work, excellent service! They have given a very affordable quote.

I just had Arrow Sewer and Drain come out to my home for a partial sewer relining and new PVC plumbing re route.
The job was very fair priced, and the work was excellent. These guys are top notch and take pride in there job, they really know what they are doing. Lenny and Nick had me up and running in less than 8 hrs. They really listened to me about my concerns and I couldn't be more satisfied. Even Doug who quoted the job was fantastic.
It was a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend them for future work.
