Charlie replaced the front door to our house. Charlie guided us through the task of choosing a door and supplier. He had some significant challenges on the installation because the original door was a non-standard size. Charlie creatively solved the problems and the installation looks great. he also installed a storm door, again solving some challenges due to the size of the opening. Charlie is a very creative problem solver. He cares about the look and feel of the final product. He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with the installation, and I am.

My house needed a lot of love when I bought it. John and his team fixed the roof, updated the electric, did mold remediation in the basement, altered the upstairs closet (originally so small that it could only store the heating duct, now it's a luscious master closet), and then dug out my dirt basement so that the floor was 6" lower and finished it with concrete. John and his crew are polite, friendly, helpful, and do a great job. I was kept updated throughout the process, and all of my questions were answered. It was great to work with someone who was as excited about the potential of my house as I was.
They did the work they were supposed to. And did a good job. But something seemed off about how they conducted themselves. We got a second opinion and found out they overcharged us by thirteen thousand dollars. I confronted him and he got very defensive but ultimately agreed to do the upstairs free of charge. After doing that we had a third company tell us that for all the work that was done that we were overcharged ..When I confronted him after he talked my wife into giving him more money for testing, he flew into a rage and refused to talk to me and hung up. They are definitely scam artists that overcharge for large sums of money. DO NOT HIRE THEM WITHOUT GETTING A SECOND ESTIMATE… on multiple sites he has rebuked my reviews by saying slanderous things to undermine my review. Don’t hire these guys unless you want to be overcharged.. John is dishonest and manipulative. If you’ve had work done by him , I would investigate how much he charged you by talking with other companies..
