Luis was absolutely amazing with my carpets. My son had put oil based red lipstick all over 3 different carpets and every stain came out perfect. Luis is so humble and kind and told me he wasn’t sure if he could get the stains out which was totally okay because I needed the carpets cleaned regardless, but THEY DID COME OUT! Suffice to say I am thrilled, my carpets never looked or felt better and I plan on making this a six month visit! Thank you Luis!

These guys Luis and his son were excellent ! was considering replacing my Moms carpeting because over the years with the holidays there were so many stains it almost looked hopeless. But They were so professional and honest . They were in and out made sure every stain was out ! I’m happy to report I don’t need to replace the carpet save me so much money 💴 😎. They made a 20 yr old carpet look almost brand new my Mother and I are extremely happy with the results . Thank you Robert and to Luis and his son for coming out . Luis and Kevin arrived to clean my tile flooring and carpets. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job! Never did I think the grout between my tiles would look like it did 20 years ago! I am extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Bestway Carpet to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services. I called Bestway the day before my wedding since the company I had booked cancelled on my the day before. Rob was amazing, he could not be more accommodating for me and really wanted to help me out even though his schedule was booked solid. He told me someone would come to do the carpets even if it was the end of the day. Few hours later Luis showed up to clean the carpets. My carpets looked amazing, I could not be happier. Very happy with the results! Rob provided a quick in person estimate at our office and we were all scheduled for our cleaning within a couple weeks. Luis came to do the job the day of and was very informative, efficient and pleasant. Our carpets look great and we will be using Best Way again in the future!

Luis and Kevin did a fabulous job on my carpets and steps. Totally professional, perfectly and expeditiously cleaned my carpets and then gladly accompanied me to an elderly neighbor who was more than overdue for carpet and tile cleaning. Luis and Kevin came today to clean my bedroom carpet and I was amazed of the job they did! They removed stains that I never thought they could be cleaned out!

Highly recommend this business! Two odd stains had appeared on our new carpet that we had no idea what the source was. Robert came out on the same day I contacted him and was informative, took his time to figure out what was actually going on and then through his "magic" (informed knowledge actually :-), he got rid of the spots. We are very thankful and will happily recommend him/his company to everyone.

Spoke to the owner Robert who responded rather quickly after a request for service. Gave a quick estimate over the phone after going over the details as well. Luis was our technician and gave a step by step process on how he would handle the cleaning. We had a couch that needed a deep clean since we have little kids and had some spills over the years. Couldn’t be happier with the service and our couch was stain free. Highly recommend and pricing was very reasonable!

We had two carpeted rooms and an area rug cleaned. Bestway did a fantastic job, and we couldn’t be happier! Definitely give them a call.

Luis and Kevin did a great job. Especially on my stairs. We have a new dog that doesn’t wipe his paws.
I was happy to recieve another postcard in the mail from Best Way as we made a mistake the last time and used another company when we couldn’t find the phone number. The other company left our carpets saturated and not very clean. It took a week for it to dry completely.
Best Way have the high powered equipment and a professional team that clean them to the standard I would expect.
I am adding a photo of the stairs after. I wish I had taken one to show how bad they looked before.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Absolutely incredible! Even my realtor who’s been selling and flipping houses said no way would they be able to clean our carpet that basically became our three dogs (all over 15 yrs old) potty area! And boom! Looks new! My realtor thought we were going to have to put new flooring in! Thank you so so so so so much!! Saved tons of money on new floor and looks like new!!
