first impression was good, they responded quick and didn't make me jump through hoops just to get a quote. told them what i needed and they gave me a number same day. day of the cleaning the team showed up right at the time they said and introduced themselves which was a nice touch i guess. they asked if there were any areas i wanted extra attention on before they started. i pointed out the master bathroom and the kitchen since those were the worst. watching them work you could tell they had a routine down, they werent just wandering around figuring it out as they went. the bathroom tile looked incredible after, like actually white again instead of that grayish color it had turned. kitchen counters and the sink area were spotless. even the light fixtures got dusted which i didnt expect. the whole thing felt very organized from start to finish and the price matched what they quoted me
