Called them for an emergency tree branch that was laying on top of our electrical wire. They came same day to help alleviate some pressure and finished the job first thing next morning. Extremely professional & reliable.

We had two ash trees that needed to be taken down in some difficult spots. The team was amazing and extremely professional. We had to work with multiple neighbors, a giant crane, a creek and some very large trees. The coordination was impressive and they cleaned up all the debris. Would 100% recommend American Tree and use them again.

Sadly our 100 year old, 100 foot oak tree died and created quite a hazard to our house, life and limb. A tree of this size located so close to a house requires a crane to safely remove it. However, our tree was located in our landlocked backyard and a crane could not be positioned closely enough to remove it.
We worked closely with Brian Rombough at American Tree to plan its removal using a climber … Brian. Brian is a hands-on owner/manager who we’ve used for many years to feed and trim all of our trees, so we knew we could trust him to take down our tree safely.
On the big day Brian supervised his crew from above rather than from the ground. Brian was very cautious and took all the time he needed to assess the removal of each large limb and finally the trunk. He had a small profile but tall lift which he was able to maneuver into our backyard. This specialized piece of machinery made it possible to cut the tall truck into the small sections that were necessary to do the job safely.
Brian’s team also accommodated the loading of the trunk sections onto our carpenter friend’s trailer so that he could cut them into timbers and put this fine wood to good use. Apparently our tree died of old age and the trunk was solid wood. It takes a special person to climb up into a very large tree and remove it safely from underneath them. Thank you Brian!

Rich and his team are amazing! I researched our local parent Facebook group and chose American Tree Experts based on the many positive reviews. Rich came by to see the property, was very knowledgeable on trees and diseases and provided a fair estimate. His crew arrived and took care of everything. He even offered to move our cars from the driveway (for safety) because I was in the middle of something and couldn't do it. A friendly wonderful service!

They gave us the best comparative estimate, they were fully equipped to remove 4 trees, they were quick, cleaned up the surrounding area, would reccommend.

We had an excellent experience using their services approx 4 weeks ago for the removal of two slim trees and for cutting back a massive Norwegian Maple in our backyard.

Communication with Rich (owner) was very good from our initial inquiry through the completion of the services - very responsive in a timely fashion and very informative. Two days before the scheduled services we had a change of heart about the extent of services discussed, which Rich handled with flexibility, accommodating the changes, despite the short notice.

The morning of the service, Rich as well as the work crew, and the equipment arrived and started on time. The work area as well as our neighbor’s driveway, which had to be used for the trucks, was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job. All staff members
were polite and professional.

Wow! John and his crew are GREAT! I had a tree fall down today at 11:50 this morning and as of now, 2:09, thet took care of it. Pofessional, cleaned up everything, and just a good, honest company. Highly recommend Z tree Experts!

We used Z Tree Experts to take down 10+ trees over the last two days and we were so happy we went with them! John came to our house the day I called for an estimate, and his timeliness and detailed communication about pricing made our decision easy and stress free. Amazing Service! Our company's yard was an eyesore to say the least. Huge trees, overgrown bushes etc. John and his crew did such an outstanding job cleaning up the yard, I couldn't believe it was the same yard. They were professional, efficient and quick. I highly recommend John for any tree service that you need.

I had a 30 foot tree in my yard that was starting to uproot because of a recent storm, as well as 2 other huge trees. I called Z Tree Service and 3 other tree companies. After receiving 4 estimates I decided to go with Z Tree Service. Their price was comparable with the others but they had so many good reviews I decided to go with them and I'm so happy I did. I can see why the reviews are so good. They did a great job and my property looked cleaner than before. Amazing! Also, really important to me, they were extremely careful to protect my new driveway during the work. I'll use them again for sure.

John's attention to detail is impeccable. I will ONLY use John and his crew moving forward with any tree projects. They were total pros in removing and pruning trees. John was super trust worthy from the jump, telling us why we SHOULD or SHOULDN'T do something, WHEN to DO IT...WHEN NOT TO, etc. He's an excellent communicator.

John went above and beyond to help us to get rid of a dead ash tree. The access wasn't easy but he clearly knows what he is doing. He is as passionate as knowledgeable about his job. Everything was done in a very timely manner, the garden was left perfectly clean. That nightmare was over before we could even realize it.

I had an excellent experience with John and his crew today. They removed several trees, cleaned out the dead branches of a large cedar, and inspected a maple that needs further work. They were experienced, professional, and thorough - they even cleaned up the leaves in my yard that I had been waiting to address, so an added bonus. John is a super friendly and knowledgeable arborist, and I would absolutely recommend them.

John provided a very competitive rate to take the maple down and do a very deep stump grind to enable us planting another tree in the same spot. His team even planted the new tree for us. Highly capable team, quick and responsive. Definitely recommend!

John and his crew are very efficient and hard workers. They removed two large Pine trees. I highly recommend John and his company for any tree service.

This crew totally crushed trimming our large pine tree! They covered ourselves shed with plywood and carefully placed all the debris around it. Tons of dead and weak branches were cleaned up and put through the wood chipper. Some of these branches were huge! Picture is of the after and we can now see through the middle for wind to pass through. I absolutely recommend and will use this company for future work.
