My parents use them and did not have any issues. Only positive things to say. I plan on calling them this week for a fix in my house.

On first appointment, technician did not have a ladder, and also claimed they couldn't fit into work area. Second appointment was made with office for two techs, no tech showed up and no phone call or notice from office. After trying to reach office for 2 hours, I was told 'we don't know what happened to the tickets' and offered another appointment 4 days later. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.

A very big thanks to McCormack Plumbing. I called them at 9am today with a plumbing issue. The owner answered the phone and had a member of his team address the issue (the water from our shower could not be turned off at the faucet) within an hour.

I used McCormack Plumbing and Heat for a sink clog, and it was the fastest and most professional experience I ever had. Early arrival, quickly fixed, and the plumber, Marco, was super nice. He finished up before the arrival window was even over! I definitely will continue to use and recommend McCormack to family and friends.

I called they came out and installed a sump pump but used a modified garbage can lid for a cover. This is completely unacceptable, sump pumps are not a cheap job, a garbage can cover??? Ridiculous

I had them come for a sump pump installation last year, they dug our new pit way to deep which resulted in water constantly being pumped all over my front lawn. 1 year after repairing it we experienced puddles on the basement floor around the pit, after giving our address for repairs they did not come back and have been avoiding calls despite a warrantee on the work they did.
