Don't waste your time doing business with this company. They will lure you in with a lengthy visit to "diagnose" your problem and then proceed to request a deposit to put you on the "schedule". That is probably the worst thing you could do because they will likely pepper you with excuses as to why they can't show up. My experience was with Eric Wright (owner) and a team member named Scott. Scott came out and did a very detailed inspection. He tried to sell me everything under the moon, but I focused in on exactly what I wanted and needed, nothing more. He told me he could get me on the schedule quickly, and that my job could be done in a day with 4 guys on the job. This is when the games began to be played by this company. The day the project would start kept changing. They also wanted a deposit, but I let them know that they would have to start the job before any monies would be paid. We had to wait about a week before someone would come out to get started on the job. Eric Wright himself showed up with a small team of about 4 guys. I simply wanted a sump pump installed and some work to divert water away from my property. The job that was supposed to take 1 day ended up taking roughly 5 days, and remains unfinished to this day. The cement used at the end of the job on my floor is of the cheapest quality possible. It's literally cracking like glass when you step on it. I will have to spend money to have this rectified. I called Eric Wright the owner, and he avoids my calls and offered ridiculous excuses, which are pictured. His team members urinated in soda bottles during their time working in my basement, and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. I would suggest not doing business with this company. I see they have several locations, and are probably independently owned and operated, but be warned, should you make the decision to use them. The work is sub par, my basement still leaks, the quality of the materials used is sub par, and the effort and energy you will have to put into simply getting them to come out and do their job is not worth it. Definitely go somewhere else. I would suggest that if you do use them, or any company that is providing a service, take pictures of their ID cards. Since you are allowing them into your house, you have the right to ID them and take a picture of it so you know where to start should you need to take things further. Also write down the license plate numbers of the vehicles they arrive in. Also, if they ghost you (not answer your calls) you can always have a friend or family member schedule a consultation...these companies are typically very greedy. You will have an opportunity to see them again, at that friend or family members home. Run far away from this company. As you can see from my reviews, I give my honest thoughts and opinions based off the quality of the service I received, and this company is the absolute worst. Steer clear!

*UPDATE*
I have NOT been contacted by anyone from the company to correct the issue. It seems that is a canned response they created to make people believe they will rectify the concerns of the customer. If they did reach out, I would have updated the review to reflect that. As long as my review reads as it currently does, the problem has NOT been addressed.
