Michelle was very helpful in facilitating the process btwn me and insurance company. Several young men did the mold remediation, however, Pedro did the dirtiest work. He was thorough, diligent and humble. He emerged from the basement looking like he'd been in a coal mine. Truly great job he did. I am appreciative. They did a such a good job of the mold remediation, I asked for a re-build quote. Despite requesting several times, I never received one.

I needed mold and water remediation and called several companies. One gave me a ridiculous estimate over the phone and another showed up with a swag bag and another inflated price. I've used several remediation companies in the past and they each have had their qualities and weaknesses. This is not the case with ServPro of Montclair / W.O. that match value and service with price. Their communication was excellent and they even delivered drying machines in the night when they became available. The work was done quickly and professionally. No b.s. promises, they tell you what they can and can not due like when it was a hurricane and they were swamped with calls for drying equipment. As soon as several were available, boom - they delivered them. The guys then came and worked fast and clean up when they were done. I also received invaluable advice on dealing with the adjuster and insurance company regarding handling of my claim.
100% using them should the need arise. Also just very nice people from the great guys in the field to the office and can be reached no matter the day or time.

We had a 10 inches of water in our Entire basement with loss of Power Aug 4 , 2020. Called our Ins Company Chubb who sent Serve Pro as first responders . They came right away and with help of Generators which were hard to get dealt with our basement .Unf they had to get more Generators to start the Sumppumps to pump the water out!!

Our Ins Company has sent another company to get an opinion but they said basically to call when the power came back ! Which was four days later!!!
Service Pro are truly first responders , very Professional and did an awesome job with the cleaning !
Hoping they can reconstruct the entire ripped off basement after the underlying source of water in the basement is solved !since this happened two years ago as well in absence of power loss .

We had a sewer backup into our laundry room and leaking into our garage this past Sunday and I called ServPro at 3 pm. I was amazed when they answered and said they would be here in an hour. On the dot, Josh and Chris showed up and got right to work. They made us feel taken care of and with my wife being less than two weeks from her due date it was exactly what we needed.

The guys followed up each day to ensure everything was drying out and when they came to pick up their equipment they made sure we had no remaining questions and said if we notice anything to let them know.

I cannot recommend these guys more. They kept me sane in a time of true craziness.

Josh is a remarkable personality and super salesman. Although there was a mixup between my wife and me about which company we were going with, Josh convinced me we were on the right track with ServePro. As a retired retail manager and door to door salesman I recognize Josh as a closer.

Will and Josh were wonderful. In a time of worry and stress they kept me calm. Informed me of every step by step procedure need to repair my home. I would highly recommend this company and there workers. They provide resource for all my needs.

The ServPro team did an amazing job of not only acting fast to come out the same day but Travis fully explained everything he was going to do before he even started the work. Cathy was always available and worked directly with Statefarm to complete the paperwork and explain to me my out of pocket costs. The crew moved all of my property carefully, completed their work, cleaned up and placed all of my property back. I am satisfied and hopefully will not need their service again but will definitely recommend them.

I returned from vacation to a disaster in my rental basement. A mainline blockage created a backup and overflow into the basement. I take pride in my ability to get things done but this was out of my league. When Josh showed up that Saturday the plumber was not there yet. He managed to calm down my panicked state, I wanted the clean up done like yesterday. Josh reassured me that everything will be fine once he's done. That I should allow the plumber to work before he did otherwise I would find myself liable for another cleanup when the unaddressed plumbing problem reoccurs.
The plumber came later, after he completed the job he was on but by then Josh had left, promising to be back in the am, after the plumber was done.
B Josh did not disappoint. The next day he showed up at the time arranged with his office. He was punctual,always, and on every visit called when he was 10 mins away. Josh was thorough with his assessment of the situation and explained all the details of his plan of action. Once the assessment was done and my signature obtained I left him with his one man crew, Pedro, allowing them to their job.
A few hours later I received a call when they were done. Again Josh explained what he did, gave a description of functions of the machines he left and the time he wanted them to be there.
A day or two later Josh returned for a follow up inspection. Everything was going according to plan so he scheduled another appointment for a different crew to cut the wall. He had explained that I had a cat 3 incident requiring the walls to be cut 2 feet from the floor.
I believe it was the following day that Wilbur and his crew came to cut the wall. Somebody must have passed on the information to call before arrival because I received the courtesy call that Josh started when 10 mins away. Thanks for that.
Wilbur and his crew were just as effective in completing their tasks because they called close to completion and by the time I got there shortly afterwards the last bag was going out. The basement already cleaned up from work. They also sanitized, explaining that with the wall removed they then had access to areas that Josh's crew could not.
Final interaction was a day or two later when Josh returned with Chris (Tech) who was also with the wall cutting crew. They removed the machines and I signed off. I came away impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by all the Servpro employees with whom I interacted. Professionalism is not the only attribute required in service industries , personality and a calm demeanor is just as important, especially when dealing with customers who've just experienced disaster. Your teams lacked neither.
I'm would to thank Josh, Wilbur, Chris and Pedro because they are ones with whom I spoke. It was also a pleasure to have Michelle always keeping me updated on the appointments.

A water leak in our basement ruined the new flooring & baseboards so our insurance company called Servpro. Over the next few days Will and his crew (3 different helpers on 3 visits) cleaned, moved stuff, set up fans & dehumidifier, so I felt confident our basement was clean & dry when they finished. And each time they came, they arrived when Michelle in the office said they would! Thanks for the help, everyone!

Had an overall great experience with ServPro (Montclair/West Orange). Travis was awesome in his initial review. Josh and Will came out for drop off and pick up of the equipment. Was very satisfied with Josh and his patience in explaining the process. Treated the accident as if it was his own home. Thank you guys!

Unfortunately needed ServPro to handle a basement mold problem, but couldn't be happier about the process and outcome. Josh and Will and the entire SERVPRO team, provided excellent, fast and immediate water abatement service, after a water heater malfunction in our basement. They arrived within an hour of calling and immediately vacuumed out the water and set up a fan drying system to dehumidify and fully dry out the floor and air. The pick-up and removal of the fans was exactly when discussed. Highly recommend this team!

Josh, Julian, and Caesar cleaned our garage. They were excellent and very professional. The garage was spotless and they even went above and beyond to clean rust off some of the metal weights. Highly recommend this crew.

I called this company, Travis showed up really quick in 15 minutes even before my arrival at my house, it is 36 degree in Dec with snow and Ice, he stepped in a foot deep water with sneakers only in my basement to shut down water. After that, he very professionally explained what happened to my house and what the company can help. Really recommend and they are great and can really help for sure.
