I can’t say enough how thankful I am for Servpro and especially Michelle who helped me when I first called in. I had water in my basement, where at first I didn’t know where it was coming from until a plumber came. All my carpeting in the finished part of the basement was saturated! Michelle was amazing! This was in the evening and she had a crew at my house first thing the next morning… She handled everything AND most of all was so pleasant . She even got in touch with my insurance company and handled all of that as well!! I didn’t have to do anything !

It turned out my main sewer line pipe was blocked due to tree roots and it backed up. Two extremely proficient and professional guys came and ripped up carpet, cleaned and sanitized whole area impeccably. Fans were used for a few days to completely dry everything. Michelle checked up on the job to make sure everything was going fine and let me know when they would be back to pick up fans. They returned to pick them up right at the time she said they would be there! Fantastic customer service!

For such an awful, inconvenient mishap happen right before Christmas, Servpro made it easy to get through it. Thank you again, Michelle, and crew for the fantastic service I received! I HIGHLY recommend them and would use them again without hesitation!

My real estate team recently took on an "estate sale" listing. The freezer in the basement, packed with food, stopped working. The food was leaking out of the bottom of the freezer and created and unbearable odor. We called ServPro of Montclair/West Orange and the President, Joe Wishnia went above and beyond. Within 2 hours on a Friday evening, Joe assembled his team and met me at the house. They did a phenomenal job! Not only did the clean out 2 freezers and a refrig packed with rotting food, they scrubbed and disinfected them. Thank God for ServPro. Servpro did an excellent job with the water mitigation. They are professional and worked in a timely manner. Travis as the supervisor kept me apprised of each stage of the process. Michelle from the office was great in coordinating the schedules. Travis was very helpful to me with this claim. I would highly recommend them.

We dealt mainly with Mike and Jim who know everything about everything when it comes to remediation and repair/construction. We had an extensive water damage situation. These guys were unflappable, communicated clearly, brought creative ideas to the table, had excellent teams and relentlessly worked to give us a beautiful home. And they sure did.
