We would highly recommend DJK Roofing. They are incredibly honest and responsive. We had a small issue and were worried we wouldn’t be able to get someone to fix it. I sent an email after hours. Early the next morning, I had a response from Pete. He was at our house a couple of hours later in the morning and resolved the problem for us on the spot. We couldn’t be more grateful for the prompt and courteous service.

Great working with DJK roofing. Pete is a true professional. Very thorough with what needs to be done. Carmine communicated with us effectively about the project scheduling and time line. During the roof replacement the crew came in on time. Very respectful of our property. Carmine was with them to oversee and troubleshoot. The day after the project was completed Pete and another gentleman came to make sure they did not miss anything and we were satisfied. Amazing customer service. Will recommend.

I’ve had the privilege of having another roof done by DJK. Once in my previous home a few years back, and again in my new home this past summer.

Pete, Carmine, and the crew did a phenomenal job yet again. They were punctual, worked quickly despite the weather constraints, and communicated clearly and efficiently throughout the process.

DJK has a deservedly excellent reputation. My little house job was treated with the same respect and professionalism that I am sure is given to their much larger and more expensive jobs. Pete came out and thoroughly inspected, including the attic. (Not all roofers bother to inspect the roof from the attic.) He answered my several emailed questions, with grace, never indicating I was a PIA customer.
Pete’s proposal was very reasonable and included the possibility, with cost, that more plywood may be needed. I really appreciated the heads up rather than having a job started and being told oops, you need x,y,z for more money. Pete could warn me because he did a thorough inspection and wasn’t trying to lure me in with a lower initial price that would ultimately cost much more. In other words, Pete is honest.
The job itself – Carmine was there the entire day to supervise, observe, be a resource if any questions arose. All day, at my little house, even though his crew was an experienced team. They worked swiftly but with observable precision. No “close enough” on their measures and cuts. Precise, coordinated and efficient.
I’ve had a few roofs redone over my many years, at different homes. Until I had DJK do this roof I didn’t recognize the difference between “good enough” and excellence. It sounds dumb, but I enjoy looking at my roof leaving and returning home because I know I made a really good choice using DJK, Pete, Carmine and his crew. I have no worries. This is the last roof I will have to replace or make repairs to due to less than the best installation.

MLM installed a new roof for us on 5/30/23. Kyrillos and his crew did a great, professional job. They started at 7 am and worked hard all day until completion at 5 PM. The roof looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up as well. Great job Kyrillos and crew. I’ll recommend MLM to friends and neighbors.

I recently had replace my old roof, and I was extremely impressed with their service from start to finish. Their initial estimate was clear and detailed. Communication throughout the project was excellent – they always kept me informed of the schedule and any updates. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled. They completed the entire replacement in one day, as promised, and the quality of their work looks fantastic. I especially appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up the job site afterward; you wouldn't even know they had been there. Overall, I highly recommend MLM for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

Kyrillos and his team were very professional and did a great job on my new roof. The roof looks great! Kyrillos checked in with me several times on the day of installation and was very thorough. The crew arrived at 7am and worked extremely efficiently for two twelve hour days and never seemed to slow down. I really liked that they did not rush any of the install, they took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. The crew also spent a good deal of time ensuring the debris and everything was cleaned up. Some minor issues that came up during and after the roof install were immediately addressed. I will definitely recommend MLM to anyone from friends to neighbors.

Milan and his team did a great job ! They pulled up at 6:55 and was on the roof by 7AM , he made sure to inform me of anything extra he stumbled upon on my roof. I thought it would’ve took him more than one day to finish , but Milan told me he should have everything clean and done by 3, and they we’re done by 2:55 !!! Very professional thank you roof looks great !

Krillos & Team from MLM did an excellent job in my roof replacement project. Installation crew under Krillos arrived on time, well secured the premise and very professionally managed even on a cold weather. Really commendable their organization skills and the planning. MLM crew arrived early and and started prepping straightaway. Draping tarps to protect my landscaping. Then began their work. Kyrillos walked me through what was to be done and between him and Charles my concerns were put to rest. The crew worked seamlessly and completed the roof in record time removing an old attic fan, patching the area and putting in a ridge vent. The crew cleaned up all the debris. You would not have known they were there. Kyrillos again walked me through when complete to ensure everything was satisfactory. I am so pleased. I would highly recommend MLM Home Improvement, Charles, Kyrillos & this crew.

Milan the Project Manager greeted me and introduced himself as soon as he was onsite, he & his crew were fast & efficient. I am pleased with the way the roof installation went & the way they cleaned my property when they were finished. Would highly recommend !!!

I saw one of your trucks and started talking to William Daniels. We scheduled an appointment at that time for him to come look at my siding. He called the day of the appointment to say he was running late. He originally said it was going to be 30 minutes but then said it was going to closer to an hour so I had to reschedule. The new appointment day he and a coworker arrived and began looking at my siding. After reviewing it, he said he would contact me the next day with an estimate. That was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard from him. Was really looking forward to getting my siding done before winter.

I have to say that Milan and his crew were really on point!! They hustled from start to finish. Milan kept me up to speed on the progress of the job. Excellent work, my wife and I are extremely happy. Much thanks to MSM Home Improvement.

Not knowing much about roofing I went to Google and next-door for recommendations. There were three companies that were mentioned that I contacted but of one everyone mentioned Brett with Mlm and how great he was so after all the quotes & being that Brett followed up thoroughly, he was great, their estimate was higher than everyone else’s, they were based out of Moorestown, and the website was very professional I figured I’d spend a little more to get a good job done. WRONG! This has been one of the worst experiences of my life!

Don’t get me wrong Brett was wonderful, however, Brett is no longer with the company, when I no longer heard from anyone for days, and I reached out, he told me that he was no longer there, the company did not. In the six months I’ve worked with this company it has been a nightmare, I have had to jump through upwards of seven different people. There is no communication, so I had to explain myself over and over, & beg for assistance. Only to have accounts receivable badger me daily for the money, even after 8:30 PM at night until I had to say that these were inappropriate hours.

I should’ve known there was an issue when I took the day off so we could have work done, and I was called five minutes before the work was supposed to start and told we would have to reschedule because no one ordered a dumpster! The photos that I have uploaded are the AFTER pictures folks! Pulling into my driveway was embarrassing! They did send someone out and have it fixed a couple of days later, but should’ve never happened. The manager on site was apologetic and stated he had never worked with that crew before, but he would ensure that it didn’t happen again. My mistake of trusting the professionals, and not knowing that I would’ve had to protect my landscaping, because they did not protect anything. All they used was tarp and consequently destroyed my landscaping lights that were cracked at the bases that are hardwired, my rosebushes and plants crushed, my broke multiple pavers. Again, they were apologetic, but told me that I would have to send someone out, get an estimate, pay for the repairs and then they would reimburse me. Like if I didn’t already have enough going on. After months of not being able to get anyone to fill out the WOL I was told that I had two days to pay the balance in full or I would be penalized. It took them 2 1/2 months to find someone to jot down three signatures on a piece of paper, but they wanted to penalize me for not coming up with the rest of the 10K in two days. The customer service was atrocious. I was begging people in different departments to help me get the WOL signed yet they were adamant that I t did not matter that it was their lack of follow through with the WOL for the payment, I would be the one that was penalized!! I sent all of this information over to my attorney, this has been the most egregious customer service I have ever experienced. This is a big ticket item, the organization is not as professional as it appears, do yourself a favor and run! I wish I would’ve listened to the poor reviews.

Would highly recommend!!! Charles and Kyrillos were beyond amazing! From the beginning all the way up to instal they kept me informed on the process and there were super responsive to all of my questions! Being a first time homeowner I was a little nervous at the start but they blew me away and my new roof looks amazing! Thanks again!
