Constraction reviews in Moorestown, New Jersey

Milan and his crew did an excellent job on installing my new architectural Owens Corning Architectural roof. The crew was very knowledgeable about their craft, worked as a team and expedited the installation in a timely manner.
After completing the installation they cleaned up all the debris very well.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with my new roof.

EXCELLENT JOB!

Wow, What a Great Team. Mr. Ernest Hedrick went above and beyond in the planning of our Roof Replacement. Taking the time to explain the details as well as interfacing with my Insurance Company. The On- Site Project Manager, Mr. Milan, was extremely organized as well as having an incredible team of installers. Organized, informative, taking time to ensure cleanliness and safety while working Efficiently and as well as during the end of the Day clean up. As a U.S. Marine and a Mechanical Engineer this Team was really up to my standards as a Program Manager for over 33 years. I would highly recommend MLM Home Improvement for whatever job they are aligned to. Again, Milan and Ernest were extremely Courteous. And the Team was very Courteous and on point while working; they had a very quick pace, but were safe and accurate during installation. Cannot say enough about MLM. I worked for the Navy with an 400 million Dollar budget, and I would have had no problem having MLM on my Team. Excellent job MLM, and continue to do the great work that you do. Please send me some Cards that I can distribute to my Friends and Families. I am very Impressed. Thanks again Milan, and Thanks to Ernest ant the whole MLM Team. OORAH!!

MLM Home Improvement did an excellent job on my home. They arrived around 7am and immediately started working. Milan the Project Manager updated me with each step being done. To my pleasant surprise the job including cleanup was completed by 3:30pm. Incredible!!! A complete roof replacement in 8.5 hours. Well Done MLM😃👍🏽

The sales manager, project manager and team were great and very quick. They cleaned up as if they were never here and did such an amazing job. They worked with my insurance to make the whole ordeal a smooth process!

Solid work by Milan and his skilled crew. Milan was very responsive to discuss my concerns, specific details of the work to be done, and to address minor issues as they arose. All steps of the job from material delivery to final cleanup were done with care and professionalism. The end result exceeded my expectations and definitely added value to my home.

Great work! The project manager Gary was very professional and precise on explaining everything. Shout out to Mike who initially inspected the damage and signed me up to have repairs completed. The work crew was clean, fast and efficient!

MLM (Milanand his crew) did an amazing job on our new roof! They even replaced our facia board. I am so happy they knocked on our door and helped us file a claim with insurance. Charles Brady was great to work with. This company helped us increase the value of our home and took one of the many stressors of homeownership off of our plate. They were fast, efficient and cleaned everything up! They also took great care of our property! Our new roof looks perfect. Highly recommend. 10/10

MLM provided a complete end to end roof replacement experience. Excellent communications to the day of the install. From Mike Jones to Milan, project manager, who checked in with me every few hours to make sure i was happy and satisfied. They came by 6:30a in the morning and was done with my roof before 5pm. They covered everything and cleaned up everything including down to the debris of the old roof tiles. I am completely happy with them and would absolutely give MLM and their team members a 5- Star Rating!!!!

Thank you Milan and crew. We are extremely happy with the work that was done to our roof. Very professional, diligent, and communicated well. We highly recommend MLM roofing. They made the process very simple.

Definitely happy with our decision to go with MLM for our roof. From the start with Charles being so helpful and making sure he answered all questions we had thru the process. Keeping in touch during the installation. Then Milan and his crew were amazing. Showed up first thing in morning and kept working until the job was done. Clean up was great. Communication from Milan thru the day was amazing. He kept us updated on the progress. Thank you again Charles, Milan and crew!

The roofers were obviously experienced, working together in a quick, efficient manner. They paid attention to details, and knew how to address the different shaped sections of my little old house. I especially appreciated the time and care given to ensuring the chimney flashing was just right. They arrived early, started on time, and were polite and professional at all times. Clean up was continuous, as each phase completed, and repeated sweeps were done at the end to make sure no garbage and no nails were left behind.

I was at work when my roof was being replaced. Project Mgr Milan kept me informed via phone calls starting at 7a.m. through every step as the crew progressed, which I loved because not being home I thought I would be anxious, surprisingly I was calm as could be. I arrived home about 2 hours before the crew finished and they were so nice they were respectful and the clean up was as if they were never here. GREAT JOB, GREAT CREW, GREAT PROJECT MANAGER!

Ric At Morristown construction was awesome very detail oriented
Would highly recommend them to anyone Considering a remodeling project

Ric has performed several projects in our home and we have been extremely pleased every time.

High quality construction and service. Very respectful of the customer’s property. Fair pricing without seeking added fees via change orders. Highly recommended.

We’ve used Moorestown Construction several times for our older home and they’ve always done a great job. Rick is dependable and has an eye for detail.

I have used the services of Moorestown Construction many, many, times over the last 20+ years. The service is always top quality & all work is completed in a timely manner. I would call on Ric, the owner, without hesitation for any future needs.

Had them come give me an estimate to build a front porch, back patio, and replace the roof on my home in Haddonfield. Over 3 weeks later no estimate, no communication, no responses to my emails. Poor customer service. If you don't want the job, just say so. Have been waiting, even emailed a few times, and no response at all. Atleast say if your not interested so customers are waiting around for you to ghost.
Don't waste your time on a contractor that can't communicate.

Follow up- Wow within minutes of posting my review, they finally reach out by leaving me a voicemail. The guy claimed his mom called the wrong Chris Keleher. Ok then why no response to the 3 emails I sent, you can just click reply. Wield part is zero mention of the job I had them come out to give an estimate for. They have had 3 weeks, think that's plenty of time. Even asked in my last email, if your still working on an estimate or don't want the job for whatever reason just let me know either way. Nope nothing, just worried their only review in the past 3 years is a negative one they can call. But still no mention of the job. In an industry where customer service isn't very good, moorestown construction has been the worst out of any contractors.

Moorestown construction is the BEST! They show up when they say they will, get the job done and leave the home cleaner than when they arrive. Ric has a wonderful sense of style and detail and will make suggestions that are practical, beautiful and cost effective. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Highly recommend. So easy to work with and they are detail oriented. Very respectful while working in our home and they cleaned up every day so thoroughly that you couldn't even tell they were there. We've used them twice now and will continue to in the future.
