Paul came very quickly after my call. He isolated the problems of my stove and dishwasher and ordered the parts immediately.As soon as the parts came in he returned to do the repairs. The work was done neatly and in a timely fashion.

We've used Advanced Appliance twice now (washer and dishwasher). Both times, the technician was responsive and and quickly fixed our issue. Highly recommend!

We had cooling problem with our refrigerator and called advanced appliances.. Andy came in next day and diagnosed the issue and explained that control panel needs to be replaced. He ordered the parts and 2 days after the new part was fixed and the refrigerator was in working condition again.
We definitely recommend advanced appliances for resolving any appliance issue.

Paul from Advanced Appliance was very nice to work with. He took his time listening to what the problem was, gave a thorough inspection of the issue, was honest and reasonable in pricing, and was very clean in the workspace. He was very reliable, called while he was on his way over, and was just overall a pleasant man! He had someone with him that he was training, and I overheard him taking his time explaining everything to this trainee. He was very patient and detail oriented. I absolutely recommend them! They came out quick and did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem with my dryer, showed me exactly what was going on, fixed it quickly, and we're very affordable. Will definitely use them again next time. Much cheaper than the old company I was using and could get me scheduled much sooner. 5 stars!

Advanced Appliance technician ANDY , diagnosed correctly the problem with our clothes washer machine and the part needed to be ordered. He regularly updated me , and when the part arrived he quickly came back to install, test and validate proper machine operation and cycles ....He was professional, efficient and very personable! If you are having a problem with your refrigerator I highly recommend you contact Paul at Advanced Appliance. Paul promptly derived at the situation I had been experiencing with my refrigerator temperature.
He ordered the part needed for my Samsung appliance, told me how long it would take to receive it and return on the day he promised.
Everyone in the appliance repair business should be a typical example of Paul and the excellent service he provides for a customer such as myself.

Resolved my gas dryer's issue. (So far so good.) Andy was a timely and considerate technician. Temporarily fixed the problem when he didn't have the correct part. Came back the next week with the correct part and installed it.

These guys are great. I had one of the owners come out to service my frig. Professional, fair priced, prompt, honest! Nothing shady about this business. I would trust him with all my appliances moving forward (or at least the ones that are above my husbands pay-grade!)

I was able to reach them over the weekend and got an appointment for Monday. Needed parts to be replaced, and it only took like couple of days for them to recieve the parts and the technician (Andy) called the same day to check if we were available and got the parts replaced. I am very happy with the quick and professional service.

Our washer overflowed on 12/20/2019. Damaged our ceiling downstairs in the living room since it was upstairs. Left them a message that night and they called me back within maybe a 1/2 hour so they can schedule me for 12/23/2019. Couldn’t do it same day since I called pretty late. Came that Monday earlier than expected and was able to access the problem but had to order parts. Rescheduled for 12/26/2019. They came and no more than 20 minutes washer was working and no leak. The technician Paul was so courteous and was just awesome in every way. Explained to me what he was going to do and just did. There is a $75 diagnostic fee which is waived if you have them do the repairs. Everything is upfront with them and give you an invoice detailing everything being done. This was done on the first day. Thank you again from advance appliance Marlboro. You guys will be highly recommended by me. Thank you, thank you.

Andy our service technician did a great job. We purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot that they would not service due to an installation issue. One of the doors would not align properly. The manufacturer refused to service saying the installers caused the problem. The manufacturer said that it was not covered under warranty. Advanced Appliance came and corrected the problem. Andy was very thorough and was able to align the door after ordering a new hinge. This was a manufacturing defect that Home Depot and the manufacturer would not take responsibility for. Luckily Advanced Appliance was able to correct. Thank you!

Had a washer issue so I called two LG recommended services and was told 5 and 6 days out. Paul got us a service appointment the next day. Dennis came on time, had the new pump with him and changed it out in about an hour. Done. Good job, reasonable price.
Won’t waste 2 phone calls next time.

I do not have enough words to describe how amazing Paul and his staff are. I called and was offered a slot same day to fix my dryer. Paul was professional and friendly and cleaned the whole area. He immediately diagnosed my problem and had all the parts on his truck. Highly highly recommend this company.

Denis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came out and knew right away what the problem was. Said it would take 3 to 4 days to get the part in and didn’t expect my washing machine to get fixed till the following week. He got the part in 3 days and fixed it the day he got the part in. Very happy with their service. Would highly V recommend!

Paul arrived on time which for me is always a good indicator. We have a Maytag oven that had a few problems and was hoping the issues were not going to require a new purchase. After explaining to Paul the problems he quickly disassembled the necessary parts and diagnosed the matter. He promptly provided us with a quick estimate for the repair that we agreed to. He went back to his vehicle returned with the replacement part and was in and out in about (45 minutes). Very professional and courteous.. highly recommended.

Advanced appliance did an excellent job! My dishwasher wasn’t draining and needed a new pump. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, and fixed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. Dennis was really great repaired the issue effortlessly. Not to mention their prices are reasonable and honest (they charged half the price of a quote I received from a different appliance company for the same exact job). Highly recommend!

Super fast response. Diligent while doing work and provided honest, sound advice for our situation. We were given a quote to fix the refrigerator on the spot and although we chose to purchase a new one, we appreciated the immediate quote. The service was fantastic and professional. He also fixed our igniter on our stove while here as he had part in the truck and we were able to make payment right there with ease. Highly recommend.
