Fantastic service from start to finish. Both my washer and dryer went out within weeks of each other. A technician was able to come service both within 24 hours of my initial call.

Dennis arrived within the 4 hour appointment window. He analyzed the problem and walked me through what he would do to remedy. He had both parts that were needed in his truck and went to work. A hour later, he was done. Dennis worked fast and diligently. He was courteous and informative. He took the time to show me what I needed to do moving forward to better care for my appliances. 90 day warranty for their service and parts.

I would absolutely recommend Advanced Appliance Repair to anyone that needs a fast, reliable technician with mint professionalism.

Got into a issue with our gas oven, was able to call Advanced Appliance. They immediately got me signed up for an appointment so we could get back up and running with our oven. The tech that came out Andy (who I called Adam, my bad Andy) was great. Not only did he fix our issue but he was super patient in explaining the issue to me as I asked a million questions to educate myself. If we have any other issues, hopefully not too soon, with an appliance we would call AA!

Advanced Appliance is literally the definition of a top notch company from calling and setting an appointment all the way thru the repair and even after the fact. Their technicians are very well trained in every way possible with every Appliance you could possibly have. I have been using them for over 3 years and never have I had a problem they fixed reoccur. I have had the opportunity to have Andy complete all my repairs, and can honestly tell you he is 100%
Professional the whole entire visit from being polite and respectful to performing the repair and even presenting the bill which is unheard of! I will never use any other company to perform repairs on my appliances and highly recommend them to everyone and anyone needing their appliances repaired. Five star company all the way!!

We called Advanced Advanced for an issue with a dishwasher. They returned my call promptly and the technician came to the house the next day. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and explained the problem. They ordered the new part that was needed and our tech, Denis, came back to install the new part. He was very pleasant, and installed the part without a problem. We were very happy with the service as well as the response time that the dishwasher was fixed. We will call them again, if needed.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. I sent an email and was contacted promptly the next morning. They were able to service my dryer within a 24 hour time frame. The Technician who came was very Professional and did a Fabulous job. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again if I need to. FYI. Very prompt in returning calls and scheduling. Our technician Andy was very knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the issue with our stove, ordered the part and came back to fix it promptly. I have used other appliance repair places in the past and there was horrible communication and service. Advanced Appliance is by far the best. Would definitely recommend them.

Andy was very nice and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem quickly and inform us he had to order part was back in two days. Also gave great advice on use of the washing machine as I'm my mother's caregiver living in home and had no owners manual. Mom's 92 and we absolutely need washing machine. Thank Andy.
As having been a Supervisor on the Garden State Parkway before retiring 10 years ago, Andy is the type of person that goes the extra mile and should be recognized as a valuable asset to your company thank you.

Called about a problem with my dishwasher on a Wednesday, Andy came on Thursday in the window the said he would, calling in advance. Diagnosed the problem quickly and told me it needed a pump. Came back on Tuesday and installed the pump, ran a test, everything worked, thought the price was fair and Andy was friendly and efficient, will use again if I have a problem with an appliance

called on a Sunday and was able to speak with someone first call. they came the following day, diagnosed the issue and then made the repair. communicated everything well and very pleasant. recommend and would definitely use again!

A technician came to fix a broken refrigerator. He was running late. But the service was excellent. He found my wedding band under the refrigerator and gave it to me. Was happy he found it, not just for the monetary value but for the sentimental value. He ordered my part but on the appointment date a person named Paul who represented himself as an owner said he fired him because he believed I gave him a bad rating. I told this person that it wasn’t me and the technician did a great job of explaining the problem. He was polite and competent. That night after Paul installed the part and the following day the freezer was still not working. I called the company that night and twice the following morning to report the problem ( got the answering service) and received no response from the company. That same morning, I had unplugged the unit and reset the temperature controls. When I checked in the afternoon the freezer was working so I called and left a message with their answering service there was no need to call me back.

Excellent service. The technician called before he arrived, as promised, he promptly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and returned the following week to complete the repair. If I ever need any other appliance repaired he will be my first and only call. He has earned my complete trust!

First time using Advanced and not the last time if I have any issues with appliances. Very responsive. Scheduling was prompt and adhered to and the work done by Andy was extremely professional. Andy is very knowledgeable and will do what needs to be done to make sure everything is done correctly.

I was having an issue with my dryer running but not heating up. I called Advanced Appliance based on the reviews and was not disappointed. They were able to offer me an appointment for the next day, they called a half hour before arrival and came when they said they would. Andy was wonderful, was able to diagnose and immediately fix the issue. I was so pleased and would recommend them to anyone in need of expert service for any appliance!

Edit: Had them come again yesterday for a separate issue, and was just as pleased as the first time. Super responsive, quick scheduling and expert service.
