The woman was late for the initial walk through, told my husband an additional 80 for adding a person, then late for the clean AND they did not do a good job. Attempted to call for four days with no callback. Had to call national number for a response. Finally a call back for Elizabeth to call both me AND my husband liars. Came back to spot clean the spaces missed and because we were pushed for time (showing of the house) I ended up doing the bathroom, some walls and baseboards myself. They did not do lamps or tops of doors or windows. I do not recommend.

Gisel and Mayra are great, I am usually home when they are there so I see their work and often talk to them. They are always so sweet to my 1 year old son, he loves to flirt with them! I appreciate seeing the same faces each week, I never have to explain anything, they know my house and they know what to do! They make my Fridays! Thank you ladies!

Told me the wrong time for my walkthrough, so I wasn’t home when they attempted to come to my apartment. Also neglected to mention that a “private” parking spot was required for them to work, even though there is ample parking on the street at all times. Recommend Merry Maids instead… better communication and flexibility.
