The first time I had MaidPro come, I was blown away! The young woman who came to clean was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond. They did such a fabulous job and I am definitely having them back again. Highly recommend!

From my initial phone call with Tom and first meeting with Beth (the owner), I encountered courtesy and professionalism. The housekeepers who were assigned to us, Lina and Wanda, worked hard, were consummate professionals, and did a phenomenal job. I told my husband that our house was so clean, I felt that I could entertain the Pope! I have nothing but praise for Lina, Wanda and MaidPro and am looking forward to a long, happy relationship!

MaidPro did a fantastic job! Jessica, Luz, Tatiana and Vilma made a 4,222 sq. ft historic manor home sparkle! They took great care and were very diligent. I highly recommend them!

When Victoria from MaidPro walked into my home for the first time, it was clear that she was there to work! In her friendly way, she introduced herself, pulled her hair back off her face, and asked me if it was alright with me if she started from the back of the house and worked forward. I told her that anyway she wanted was just fine.

Four hours later my home was sparkling and smelled that "clean smell" that we all love. Victoria had conquered the home that i had just moved into two weeks prior and which had not yet recovered from moving men and other workers. And she had done it with the most pleasant attitude and smile.

For and entra surprise, there were stickers on the toilet paper like the ones you find in hotels! They said, quite simply, MaidPro. It was a touch of elegance that I have never seen with any other cleaning service.

If you are looking for a cleaning service that is professionally run, which has delightful cleaners, and which takes special care to please you, MaidPro is the service for you. It certainly turned out to be the one for me.

We were so excited to begin our Maidpro services and we couldn’t have been more satisfied! Nelsey and Sonya were right on time and started right to work! When they had completed their cleaning our home smelled fresh and clean and our floors never looked as good! They looked brand new. We even had a few trouble spots (bathrooms! Yuck!) but they were no match for these two! They tackled the job professionally and completely! We couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to our next scheduled cleaning with these two!

After many cleanings, I have not been disappointed once. The house looks beautiful and shines every time! Such a wonderful feeling to walk into a thoroughly cleaned home by the kindest, most trustworthy staff. They are very detailed-oriented with their cleaning and I don’t think have ever missed a spot! I am very grateful to have found their excellent services and that I feel comfortable with such a professional company. Thank you!!!

This has nothing to do with cleaning but how a employee of this company drives
Not only did she cut in front of me in traffic inches from my car going really fast she kept blowing the horn at me, cur in front of me and flipped me off and threw a empty shot bottle at my car it hit my windshield and scared my son in the backseat. Whoever owns this company should rethink behavior of staff to act like that IN A COMPANY CAR!!! I have the plate if the owner would like to know who this is.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with MaidPro! They provide us with sanity by cleaning our place twice a month and their attention to detail is appreciated. Apart from the wonderful ladies that come to our place, the office staff has always been helpful and approachable. Would recommend MaidPro any day.

I recently moved to Florida after spending many years with Maid Pro in Morris Plains. I only have one complaint and that is they spoiled me with the amazing job they always did. The cleaners are super friendly and really paid attention to details. A special shoutout to Patricia who is truly in a class of her own. She is spectacular and was like an adopted family member to us.

When I moved to Florida of course I decided to stay with Maid Pro. Unfortunately, the service provided here does not come close to what Elizabeth and her team are able to accomplish. Like I said they might have spoiled me, but that is a good problem to have. I have moved on from Maid Pro in Florida, but will continually search for cleaners here that come close to the service I received in New Jersey.

Clara and Luz did a wonderful job cleaning my home yesterday. It was such a huge help to have their services since I can not do much of anything due to going through breast cancer treatment. They were so respectful and great to have in the home. They made sure that I checked their work and if there was anything I needed done, they were willing to help in cleaning it. I thank them and MaidPro for the great service to cancer patients in my area.

Had our first cleaning with MaidPro and was entirely impressed! Elizabeth came in and did a walk-through of the house and made notes of house materials so they can use the best products that won’t damage them (such as marble or granite countertops). She made it very clear how the process was going to go and what to expect, and even called to follow up after the cleaning.

Olga and Sandra were our cleaners today and they were so genuinely kind and thorough. They went above and beyond!

Maria and Marilu did a great job of cleaning our home. This was our first experience, so we were a bit hesitant, however, they were extremely respectful of my daughter’s naps, and cleaned our home efficiently with no problem. Will be using again!

Wow. So impressed with this MaidPro team! I fired our housekeeping service (another national brand) because they hazed (clouded) my stainless steel kitchen appliances twice, and left them that way. This last time they suggested maybe it was something I was using on them (I use Mrs. Meyers and Method)! Making matters worse, they did a bare minimum job, rushing in and out of here in just an hour. I finally had enough and thank goodness I called MaidPro! What a difference. They are extremely thorough and literally leave my place sparkling clean. I'm thrilled and cannot recommend MaidPro Morristown enough.

Mariluz is so incredibly friendly and made my kitchen and bathroom sparkle. I’m a single mom and I can’t express enough how great this team of ladies is, as a whole. Maria paid attention to detail today as well. I’ve had many amazing women come since hiring this specific maid pro and I couldn’t be more pleased. I get reminders via text and email and they are animal and kid friendly. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Nancy and Lorena did such a great job! The house looked spotless, and they even added a few cute, funny touches with my kids’ dolls that made everyone smile. You can tell they take pride in their work and really care about making their clients happy. The whole MaidPro Morris Plains team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
