After signing the contract, they just disappeared. Left voice mails and got no responses. There were no replies to emails, either. Finally, we reached Hans and he promised to show up next week. It has been three months since the contract signed. The agreement requires a delivery of contract cancellation to their place.

Cut a few trees down on my property. I asked to keep the wood chips, Hans the owner said he promised it someone else. Really? Said he'll be back. But never heard from him again. Real nice. I also learned he was over priced too.

I was really shocked by the REALLY AMAZING PRICE the Pine Valley Tree Service offered to us for removing a half fallen tree (about a hundred feet) in our front yard. No other company even came remotely close to the price they offered. They came by and took care of the tree within the next day. Easily the best tree service company out there.

Within 3 weeks of moving into a new home I had a 100 foot tree fall in my yard which knocked over 3 other trees and created a huge crater. Hans had come by earlier in the day to give me an estimated to take it down anyway, but when it fell later in the day I called him and he came by to look at the tree immediately and within 48 hours the trees were gone and the yard was cleaned up! He came back later to remove the large stump which he grounded up and smoothed out and my yard looks great. Hans was so great to work with and very understanding. He made me feel at ease during a stressful time and I can never thank him enough!

Close to my house, I had a hazard tree --- relatively well known by treemen in the area for its precariousness. In June, 2020, it was, very skillfully, safely taken down by Pine Valley Tree Service.

Damage to the landscape was kept to a minimum, as was dependence on truly-giant/heavy machines.

We had a great experience using Hans and his team. Hans is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. His guys did a great job cutting a very large branch from a tree in our front yard to help prolong it's life from root rot as well as cutting back and pruning some other trees on our property. The yard was left very clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pine Valley again if we need a tree service in the future.
