I want to start out by saying the guys that came to do the work were EXCELLENT!! They were on time, quick, and respectful and they are the only reason this is a two star review. That being said, when I spoke with the salesman to have a tree removed from my property that was hit by a car and toppled, I expressed that I wanted the WHOLE tree removed becauae I planned to plant a new tree in its place. I explained that it was a single tree, but in the carnage of what the car did, he charged me for two trees, which I agreed to. When the crew finished their work on the day of however, they asked if I wanted to add stump grinding/removal to the charges and I was lost as I thought this was already a part of the deal. We decided I should reach out to the office, which I did and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that my salesman would contact me to discuss the mix up. Well, a few days later I didn't receive a call, but the bill in the mail. It is clear that there was no intention to rememdy the situation and they just wanted to get me off their books. I feel bad for the guys in the field because they were so professional, unlike their office. If you plan to use this company for any work, make sure they don't nickle and dime you because they will. Oh, and another fun fact, they charge a $20!!!!! processing fee for credit cards!! All in, it cost me almost $800 to remove one single tree that had already been knocked completely down and split in half by the car and I still have a stump. Nickle...and...dime!!

Absolutely great job cutting down 23 trees mixed among many other trees. Work was done carefully and expertly. It was amazing to watch them guide huge trees down between other trees without damaging nearby fence or patio. Very professional communication & my yard was spotless after they finished. Love Alpine Tree, Bill and his guys have been handing all of my tree issues and emergencies for years. I have multiple trees trimmed or removed each year due to storms. Alpine crews are fast and efficiency and always careful of the property. We have used multiple companies in the past prior to Alpine and they are by far the best.

The crew from beginning to end were great! We have a very large yard with massive trees and they worked hard and efficient. Mason was great with communication. Even texting me when they went to lunch so I could let my dogs out. They cleaned up our yard and we are very happy with the work the crew did.

I wouldn't hire anyone but Alpine Tree for any tree work! Christine scheduled our quote for the next day, Justin did our quote for the removal of two large trees, was so thorough and even helped point out that some bushes were diseased and should be removed. After receiving the permit, Casper and his crew were out a week later and expertly removed a large pin oak between our house and shed and a dead ash tree in the middle of our yard. Every single branch was removed from our property. Alpine Tree is amazing and I can't recommend them enough!

The entire Alpine team was fantastic as usual. They handled our emergency work quickly and efficiently. It was a tricky job with a precariously pitched split tree up on a steep hill but it wasn’t a challenge for them. We’ve worked with Bill for years and highly recommended Alpine.

Pleasure to work with Jake and his crew. All the trees are nicely trimmed and all the dead branches were remove. Even better is the was no mess left behind to b cleaned up. A++ and will be using this device again!

The crew of Jake, Elmer and Wilmer were excellent. Everything was done in a completely professional manner and I’m 109% satisfied with the results. They left the wood that wanted to remain piled just like I wanted. Also they didn’t damage the lawn which was greatly appreciated.

Terrific experience. I saw an Alpine truck in my town and called them given their positive online reviews. For the removal of a large dying tree their price was competitive (Justin was my estimator). The crew worked safely and carefully with no damage to my home or my neighbor’s home, and good communication throughout. They returned a few days later to grind the stump and repair a few driveway masonry joints. Payment was easy given all the options they offer. Sue and Christine in the office are caring and responsive. Would use again and highly recommended.

**Update**
I needed a second tree (dead Ash) removed so I called Alpine again. Justin came to assess and quote and got my permit application done the next day. Sue and Christine handled scheduling and payment to keep my project moving. Jake, Mason, Edwin, and Eduardo were efficient and careful given a tough removal, and did a thorough clean up afterward. Highly satisfied and would recommend to others.

We have worked with Alpine Tree on several occasions and have always been impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of their work. Most recently, we had to take down a 100+ year-old Ash tree that stood right between our house and our neighbor's, amidst electrical cables, a brand new fence and manicured garden beds. I consulted with many companies, but Joe at Alpine Tree gave us one of the most competitive quotes, and him and his team then delivered on the heroic work of taking this beast down... without any damage whatsoever! I would highly recommend Alpine Tree to anyone looking for high quality and timely tree/yard-related work. They are highly responsive to any request/inquiry, their billing department is courteous and easy to work with (Venmo!) and their work is of the highest standards.

Great customer experience. Prompt response to estimate request … arrived on time…completed the work & clean-up quickly…very polite. All of my communications with the office team & field crew were handled in a courteous, professional manner.

Austin came to look at the work. He explained what needed to be done & answered all of my questions. He didn't rush to get out of there. Harrison & Eduardo who came to do the work were professional, arrived on time, did an excellent job. They didn't just do the basics -they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to my expectations. What really stood out was how well they cleaned up afterwards.

Alpine and Justin did a neat and professional job in removing a dead tree in our front yard. Jusin was very accommodating in changing the removal schedule to meet some last minute appts that I had. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This is my fourth (maybe even fifth) time using Alpine Tree and they never disappoint. Incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and incredibly efficient. Today they did the work requested and then some, taking down a tree limb for a neighbor while they were here. Definitely recommend.
