Hasnain and his team at Wa did a 2nd level addition and remodel of our ranch. We were on a tight schedule and they did everything they could to get us home on time. During covid, with many supply issues, this was no easy task but they pulled it off.

I hired them to renovate 50 years old commercial building. Hasnain (Owner ) is very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. He helped me with many complex issues I faced during a project.I would highly recommend him for any kind of project.

We need to do the gut remodel and additon to our home and had very limited time as the kids have to go to the new school. WA has completed the job well in time even having delays in some of the supplies. Also helped us in the interior designing for our home. The details to the finishes was really high and all our family is very happy for that.

I've found the team to be extremely detail-oriented, attentive to their clients' needs and very easy to work with. WA Construct has in-house kitchen designers and interior decorators. MS Warraich I must say is one of, if not the best construction company out there. Hasnain the owner is the guy to hire for any of your project. I was very stressed trying to find the right contractor. My home project is a pretty big one. Addition, renovation - it is basically a new construction on the existing foundation. After talking to Hasnain, we knew he is the guy to do our house and he did deliver. He kept us within budget without cutting corners. He is very professional, responsive and with great attention to detail. He is obviously equally adept to what he does and I mean that sincerely. He is not there to just do the work, he cares for the owner, project and quality. What more could you ask for.

We hired WA for the additon and remodeling at our home. They help us to start with design phase and then did a great job for construction. Hasnain guide is through different cost options VS the value we will be getting at the end of the project which was super helpful. They completed the project on time and with in the budget.
