Constraction reviews in Mountainside, New Jersey

A very professional company with high level of commitment towards customer satisfaction. After looking at many contractors for my roofing ,exterior trim, bathroom and kitchen remodeling I decided to go with M/S Warraich. We are glad we did. Felt very comfortable communicating with the owner Hasnain and Francois the project manager right from start to finish. They kept their word on timelines and did a quality job. Their crew was also very courteous and professional throughout the project. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. Every detail and concerns were addressed with great professionalism. I truly recommend M/S Warraich Associates !

Working with WA construction team was the best decision we made for our house remodeling project. From the very beginning, they offered a true end-to-end experience—handling everything from providing an architect, initial design concepts, securing financing (if you need it), all the way through to the actual final build. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision of making a home more senior friendly a reality. Shout out to company owner, Hasnain, who during the build process, provided us great suggestion as to the design and add-ons (ex. waste disposal machine, window manufacturer) that will help increase value of the house. Shout out also to Muhammad N., who kept the project moving as best he can while juggling other projects in the company.

During the build, one of the biggest hurdles we faced was navigating the permitting process with the borough hall, which had been a major headache for us in the past. Thankfully, WA construction team stepped in and helped grease skid to get paperwork moving forward. Their experience and persistence made all the difference, and they got us through that bureaucratic maze with as minimal stress as can be. I would factor these potential delays in your budget and schedule planning.

A standout feature of working with them was their use of Buildertrend, a top-tier project management software tool widely used in the construction industry. It gave us real-time updates, scheduling transparency, and a centralized hub for communication and documentation. Being able to track progress, review timelines, and stay informed every step of the way gave us peace of mind and kept the project moving. One new feature that was added later on was the ability to make payments electronically through this website. The tool is only as good as the data you input. So if you elect to use this tool, make sure to be consistent and as accurate as to what you log in especially the furnishings and appliances.

One other service WA provided was the 1 yr warranty which is standard. But they went beyond that and Hasnain's team even fixed items that were not on the approved warranty list which was much appreciated. The project drained our savings to pay for the remodel. The extra service and fixes they provided was definitely a welcome reprieve.

If you're looking for a general contractor who truly delivers—from concept to completion, check out WA construction team. Their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction set them apart.

WA Construct worked on our gut remodel project for about a year, and we’re very satisfied with both the process and the outcome. Hasnain, the owner, stayed in close contact throughout, providing weekly updates and scheduling onsite visits based on our needs. He was always responsive to our concerns and offered experienced advice to help us make informed decisions.

Over the course of the project, we got deeply involved and came away with a much better understanding of our home’s structure, layout, plumbing details, and selections—thanks to their transparency and guidance.

WA also collaborates with excellent vendors, ensuring quality products, and they were willing to provide multiple quotes and options to help us find the best deals.

Overall, we truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend WA Construct for anyone considering a remodel.

As an architect, I worked with WA Construct on multiple residential projects in Northern Jersey Their team excelled at many things, few of which:
1- Having a clear vision and overall view of the project.
2- Paying attention to the details.
3- Solution oriented mentality, with any challenge we encounter on site, they were able to suggest a good solution in a timely manner.
4- Giving my clients clarity on cost and time frame for the construction.
5- Very responsive and easy to work with

I would be happy to collaborate with them on any project.

A big thank you to Hasnain and the WA Construct team for our home remodeling project. We never had major work done to our house before so we were hesitant and careful with who we chose to work with. From the initial meeting with Hasnain, we felt really comfortable with his approach and methodology. He gave us several options and created a presentation that would help us understand the value of the work to be done and the whole process of the project.

Hasnain really listened to what we wanted to do, even the small ideas and concerns, and gave us good suggestions and guided us through every decision. There were no surprises in the timeline and cost. He met with us every week for project updates, informed us on next steps/decisions to make and always available for any questions or concerns.

Overall, WA construct did a wonderful job and it's beyond our expectations. It was really a great experience for us. We would recommend them to anyone looking to do any remodel or addition.

We hired WA construct for a 1,500 sq. ft. home addition in Bergen county recently in 2025 and our experience was genuinely positive. The GC, Hasnain was always available and made time to address any questions and concerns we had. He gave us ideas and suggestions that would overall make the whole construction process smoother, he and his staff worked with us to make the construction experience better. When issues came up with subcontractors, he handled them quickly and professionally. The project finished close to the projected timeline, and the whole process was far smoother than many renovation stories you hear. Overall, a dependable contractor we were very happy to work with and repeatedly rely on him.

We are excited and enjoying the space that he had created for us. End result exceeded our expectations and are happy with choice to go with WA Construct. Anyone looking for a reliable contractor that won’t have you running in circles, I would definitely recommend WA Construct.
