    Firstly, the sales professional was top notch. I made my decision same day, and I NEVER do that when doing upgrades to my home. Received installation the very next day (had all gutters replaced and finished off with Leaf Filter Gutter Protection). The installers were professional, arrived on time, made appropriate calculations for best downspout water runoff, and they did not even leave an old screw laying around the house after removing the old gutters and replacing with new. This purchase and installation was a Home Run All Around.

    Cleaning the gutter and correct installation did not happen. They responded to the complaints in a timely fashion. Sub contractors showed up on the day but not time. Problem, sub contractor #1 didn’t clean gutter, gutter leaked on two sides. He told us to call him direct if there was a problem. We did, he told us to call leaf filter. #2 two people show up, remove filters and make a lot of noise. Gutter leaks. #3 PATRiCK THOMPSON, one man and equipment fix the problem. The gutter was clogged with so much mud he needed a rod to unclog it. Paper towels were left by #1 or #2 in the gutter. He pitched the gutter properly and resealed it. We had a storm later that day, I haven’t seen a leak. Will keep you posted. Sales pitch is long. Mr. Thompson 5 stars

    Installation was scheduled quickly and the installer was professional and communicated well. Nicely done. Negative - salesman was way too agressive and I had to consistantly push him off to research other products and the van your installer drove was an embarrassment! Rusted out, chipped paint, broken gas tank cover and no company signage (I guess you didn't want the public to see such a poor company representation). Shows a high level of disrespect. And, you should ask before putting a sign on your customer's lawn.

    Sales pitch requires you to say the price quoted is double what you expected... then they'll come down... a lot. Figure around $18.50-$20 per linear foot of product. Everything went pretty fast. Scheduled the install a few days after signing the contract. Crew (local independent contractor) showed up on time and installed everything in a few hours (I have a ranch). A week or two after installation a supervisor from Leaf Filter came over to inspect the job that was done. So far so good. I don't have any accumulation of leaves up on my gutters, and we have a lot of leaves blowing around where I live. I'd definitely recommend the product as the quality is far better than what you can pick up yourself at a Home Depot or Lowes.
