Firstly, the sales professional was top notch. I made my decision same day, and I NEVER do that when doing upgrades to my home.
Received installation the very next day (had all gutters replaced and finished off with Leaf Filter Gutter Protection).
The installers were professional, arrived on time, made appropriate calculations for best downspout water runoff, and they did not even leave an old screw laying around the house after removing the old gutters and replacing with new.
This purchase and installation was a Home Run All Around.

The gutter system looks great and the crew did a great installation job. The company was responsive to our questions and were patient with us. The salesperson even came by to inspect the job after it was done. That was a surprise and huge difference that makes them exceptional from other vendors.

Job was perfect. Workers very professional and personable. Materials great. Salesman a pleasure to work with.

Cleaning the gutter and correct installation did not happen. They responded to the complaints in a timely fashion. Sub contractors showed up on the day but not time.
Problem, sub contractor #1 didn’t clean gutter, gutter leaked on two sides. He told us to call him direct if there was a problem. We did, he told us to call leaf filter. #2 two people show up, remove filters and make a lot of noise. Gutter leaks. #3 PATRiCK THOMPSON, one man and equipment fix the problem. The gutter was clogged with so much mud he needed a rod to unclog it. Paper towels were left by #1 or #2 in the gutter. He pitched the gutter properly and resealed it.
We had a storm later that day, I haven’t seen a leak. Will keep you posted.

Installation was scheduled quickly and the installer was professional and communicated well. Nicely done.

Negative - salesman was way too agressive and I had to consistantly push him off to research other products and the van your installer drove was an embarrassment! Rusted out, chipped paint, broken gas tank cover and no company signage (I guess you didn't want the public to see such a poor company representation). Shows a high level of disrespect. And, you should ask before putting a sign on your customer's lawn.

Sales pitch requires you to say the price quoted is double what you expected... then they'll come down... a lot. Figure around $18.50-$20 per linear foot of product. Everything went pretty fast. Scheduled the install a few days after signing the contract. Crew (local independent contractor) showed up on time and installed everything in a few hours (I have a ranch). A week or two after installation a supervisor from Leaf Filter came over to inspect the job that was done. So far so good. I don't have any accumulation of leaves up on my gutters, and we have a lot of leaves blowing around where I live. I'd definitely recommend the product as the quality is far better than what you can pick up yourself at a Home Depot or Lowes.

The Leaf Filter experience--from initial consultation to installation--was very professional and efficient. Thus far, we've also been impressed by the quality and performance of the product itself, which has kept leaves out of our gutters while those of our neighbors are filled to overflowing. We haven't had a very heavy rain yet, but we fully expect our gutter protection to perform well. Overall estimate--very good job!

Richard was wonderful. He was professional and very knowledgeable on the product. He helped us thru the process of gutter guards and made the process flawless. The team that installed were amazing and fast and before I knew it the problem, we had with our gutters were fixed. I would highly recommend this business for all your gutter needs.

Original price was a complete RIP OFF! We were getting gutter covers. Original quoted price was 6500 which was absurd. Salesman came down to 4000, which we agreed to. My husband was having doubts on the pricing as the date approached to have the covers installed, so he canceled. The 3rd party contractor did not receive the message and showed up to our house on the scheduled day. We called LeafFilter to let them know we called and canceled, but contractor showed up anyway. Somehow, our salesman was able to bring the price down to 1800 day of!!! This company likes to scam its customers and basically create their own astronomical pricing. The 3rd party contractor did a good job, but I DO NOT recommend LeafFilter. Please get multiple estimates before going with them.

Overall, very happy with the product, seems tonwork very well so far, but I was a little surprised after getting the sales pitch where I was told that all employees are leaf fitter employees, to see a third-party subcontractor come to my house to do the installation. He did a good job and was respectful of my property, but His English was very limited and needed a cell phone to translate. He told me that this was not his full-time job and normally he does epoxy flooring. This was not a problem as I said he did a good job it was just not what I expected Based on what I was told.

I believe the product is good but the service is not. My LeafFilter gutter system was installed in the dark with the installer using a flashlight. We are left with some bent poorly installed guards. I called for a service call using their “Lifetime warranty”, but they wanted to charge me for the service call.

Extremely thorough, knowledgeable. Explained all in detail. Definitely recommend.

They sent an installer who didn't speak english. Tried to explain to him to remove gutter heating cable before installation and move cable tv wire to the side. Didn't understand and cut cable wire leading into house in half to remove it. Called customer service while he was still there and was told a manager would call me back in few minutes. That was 3/21/25 and still no call back no nothing. Installer left and cable still not fixed. Had to spend $40 bucks for parts/tool to repair cable myself and now I have to climb up on roof to do it which is the reason I hired leaffilter in the first place so I wouldn't have to go on roof again,
They had no problem cashing my check and have ignored several emails I have sent. would not recommend them if this is how they treat customers.

We had to postpone our installation, Leaf Filter said no problem. We rescheduled and Mathew did a wonderful job.

Richard was friendly and knew about the product very well. He answered all my questions and concerns and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

A great product and very efficient. The install was right on time as planned. Would recommend to other people.
