I called Dan regarding my KitchenAid dishwasher and he responded to my inquiry promptly, had quick availability, and was on time for our appointment. In talking about the dishwasher, I admitted that I hadn't bothered to call KitchenAid directly because the warranty had very recently expired. Dan advised that I call them and see if they would work with us since the warranty was so recently expired, in the interest of repairing our dishwasher for the best price possible. He had already started diagnosing the problem but waived the service fee and said he could come back if the company couldn't help us. His honest attitude helped us immensely. We ended up using KitchenAid's service department for this repair, thanks to Dan, and we'll be sure to give him our business in the future!

I was having an issue with my oven lighting and Dan took care of the issue right away for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything very thoroughly about the oven and its problem. I would definitely recommend Dan for all your appliance repair needs!!!

Called Dan for dryer repair; he was responsive/flexible regarding scheduling and able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in a timely fashion once on-site. Really knowledgeable about appliances and able to answer questions. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my washing machine, called Dan. He answered the phone, came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, even told me how I could order the part and fix it myself. Not wanting to take a chance because I am not mechanically inclined, I asked Dan to do the repair. He gave me a price, ordered the part, gave me a date he'd come back, called me when the part came in, fixed my washing machine! It's nice to have clean clothes again! He was honest, no pressure, no hidden costs, I'd highly recommend Dan. He's now my go to when I have another appliance malfunction.

Wow! What a great business. I called Dan late on the evening of Dec 23rd as our fridge stopped working and we were having family over Xmas eve and Xmas day. Dan came out on Xmas eve, diagnosed the issue, put a band aid on it to get us through the holidays and was back on the very next business day with the proper parts. I can’t say enough about this company. I would give 10 stars if I could. Responsive, on time, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fair prices!

Dan came to the rescue and for that he will forever be a hero in my family's book. For context I am 38 weeks pregnant. My husband and I have navigating the most horrific experience with Best Buy (don't ever purchase from there). We bought a new dishwasher from them a year ago and it just wasn't made well. After trying to partner with Best Buy for 5 months my husband and I decided to just purchase a dishwasher elsewhere and install it ourselves (thank goodness we purchased the warranty). Off to Lowes we went and within 10 calendar days a new quality dishwasher arrived however once installed it would not start. Frantically try to get this fixed I found At Ease Appliance Repair and he responded within less than a hour. He listened to our issue and got to work solutioning before he even ever got to our house. He talked to my husband through the phone to help us navigate the issue (on his day off btw) and when we couldn't get it fixed he said he would be over ASAP to assist. He came to our house on his lunch break that Monday and instantly recognized the issue (the dishwasher was still on demo mode) and made the correction like it was nothing. Dan literally is my saving grace. Washing baby bottles by hand when you already have a 3 year old and recuperating from delivery would have probably broken me (i know first world problems). Thank you Dan. You have made this difficult pregnancy a little bit less cumbersome.
