I called Dan regarding my KitchenAid dishwasher and he responded to my inquiry promptly, had quick availability, and was on time for our appointment. In talking about the dishwasher, I admitted that I hadn't bothered to call KitchenAid directly because the warranty had very recently expired. Dan advised that I call them and see if they would work with us since the warranty was so recently expired, in the interest of repairing our dishwasher for the best price possible. He had already started diagnosing the problem but waived the service fee and said he could come back if the company couldn't help us. His honest attitude helped us immensely. We ended up using KitchenAid's service department for this repair, thanks to Dan, and we'll be sure to give him our business in the future!
