Rude worker who ignored us and then was rude when we attempted to say hi and ask questions. Unfortunate that not all service providers care about customer service.

The Gutter Helmet saves me time and effort. I no longer have to climb onto the roof to clean my gutters.

I had gutter helmet in stall my first one on the back of my house in 2016 and the service is fantastic and very professional. So my gutter on the front part need to be replace and i call them to install a new one there. They where here in two weeks and just in stalled my new one yesterday as of this post. i would tell any and all call them first they will work with you from start to finish. if they had a 10 star rating i would give it to them.

I replaced my roof through a vendor other than Harry Helmet based on cost. The vendor was a GAF Master Elite Contractor and offered to de-install and re-install my Gutter Helmets at no cost; however, I chose to use Harry Helmet to avoid any problems and voiding my warranty. They were very responsive and worked with me prior to and after my roof replacement. They did a nice and clean job. My only issue was the cost. The time to de-install and re-install them did not justify the cost.

Everything about the experience was highly professional, from sales, to customer service, to installation. I am extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of my gutter helmet. I am so happy to know that I won't need to go up on my roof any more - Gutter Helmet will maintain my gutters for the life of the product that as part of my contract!!!

Replaced my roof, added GutterHelmet gutter covers. Everyone was professional, the cost was reasonable and the product (Corning shingles) high quality. The company representative called several times (before, during and after the installation) to assure that we were satisfied with their service. I highly recomend Gutter Helmet.

My sales/installation experience with Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet has been wonderful. Michael Gajano went over every detail of the product and how it works, and was wonderful considering I changed the scope of the project after signing the contract. Even during this COVID pandemic the office team was responsive to email and communicated updates promptly. Josh and another installer were here yesterday afternoon, and yesterday evening we had a quite a rain storm. I don't think I have ever seen water drain out of our gutters so effectively. The gutter helmets worked great--there is one small area that may need adjustment but I'll will wait until the next rain storm before calling them! We are super pleased with our purchase. Everything went smoothly, everyone was nice to work with, the product looks great and even better---it appears to wrk exactly how Michael said it would.

Had a full knee replacement surgery, I was in the market to cover my gutters so I won’t need to climb ladders or clean my gutters. Having Gutter Helmet solved that problem. Also added Gutter Heat to prevent any ice buildup . If you go through Costco u save even more. Very happy with this product

My husband and I called a few places to get estimates for replacing our gutters, but we chose Gutter Helmet. We were very happy with the gentleman that came out. He was very nice, clear in explaining the product, and patient in working with us. We weren’t home when they were installed, but they look great and they’ve been working really well with all the rain we’ve gotten recently that took down all our leaves. Normally our gutters would have been clogged with leaves and the water would be leaking in the corners, but we haven’t had either of these issues. We will continue to use Gutter Helmet in the future and will be telling our friends and family about them too.

I had a previous Gutter Helmet system on my home and when I had a new roof installed, the roofers did not properly remove and reinstall the Gutter Helmet system. Hence my warranty was voided. I call Gutter Helmet and the worked with me to replace and repair the problem. The workmen who did the new installation were great and clean-up all the debris. The day they did the job was one of the hottest of the summer. Great company to work with.

I was impressed with the quality of the product but what really sold me was the professionalism of the sales representative. He arrived on-time (early in fact) was very well prepared, answered all my questions and provided all the discounts I was entitled to. I did not want all the gutters on my house done just the ones near the tall trees. What I liked is that he did NOT try to sell me on getting all the gutters done. He said if he were in my place he would only do those three as well. The product is not inexpensive but I feel the quality is well worth it and you can definitely see the difference between the cheap gutter guards you can buy at Home Depot and the one professionally installed by Gutter Helmet.

I was very pleased with the response to my inquiry about this product. A salesman visited and took the time necessary to throughly explain the features of Gutter Helmet. He was able to show the parts that would be utilized and their effectiveness. He took careful measurements and calculated the cost of the project. He was able to apply a number of discounts that I qualified for. He was able to give an accurate estimate of when to expect the job to be completed. I was very impressed with his professionalism. At several times after committing to this job, a service representative contacted me to advise when to expect the workers to arrive. The installation went perfectly. The gutters were cleaned and the guards installed. The guarantees were explained. A service representative checked to see if I was thoroughly satisfied shortly after. I would not hesitate to give my full recommendation of this company and it’s product.

Excellent communication throughout the install process. The installer was very professional and the work was excellent.

I had a small portion of my roof reshingled and all of my gutters replaced as well as Gutter Helmet applied. The product is of superior quality but not cheap. The gutters are heavy gauge. The installer had to be called back for several issues, mostly uneven and irregular gutter installation. He did come back and fix the problem and the customer service was very good. I highly recommend Gutter Helmet and Harry Helmet but keep an eye on the installer.

This used to be a local base company and you could always reach somebody on the phone and talk to them. They have now gone to centralize call center. Even though they’re pleasant, the customer service people cannot answer your questions. I had a service appointment but it only gave me a day. I tried to call twice to find out the time, but was told that someone would call me back. I Was never given a call back.
Also they now require a $50 fee to come to look at your gutter for repair. Supposedly they offer a lifetime guarantee. Companies are all finding ways to make more money. Overall I have been happy with product, but am very unhappy as to how customer service and fees have changed.

I was very impressed by the salesman who came to my home, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He showed me a video that explained everything about Gutter Helmet and how it worked and it was easy to understand. They came when they said they would and were done within a few hours. And what impressed me the most was the men who actually did the installation were not bothered by my watching them or asking questions! I would definitely purchase from this company again!

I am extremely satisfied with the Gutter Helmet installation. It was completed quickly & professionally. I view this product as the most cost effective way to provide gutter protection for my home. Competitors gutter protection that attach to the gutter would require replacement of the gutters and increase the cost of the installation

I searched many gutter companies before choosing Gutter Helmet, and I am very glad I did. From the beginning phone calls, to personal estimate, installation and follow-up needs post installation, this company made me feel cared for, valued and honestly, like family. They are not "cheap," but definitely quite reasonable for what they provide and the quality of service and product they install. I am better able to rest during hard rainstorms when I see not one drop of water leaking from my gutters! They look great, work great and bring me total peace of mind! We purchased a house with gutter helmet already installed, but part of they system needed to be redone. Chad came to evaluate and explained the problem and offered a cost effective solution. Installation was timely and hassle free. New gutter helmets look great. Will happily continue to use their products and services.
