We had Gutter Helmet for a number of years and were pleased with its effectiveness. We had to have a new roof put on and so the guards had to be temporarily removed. Your rep Ray came to discuss their re-installation, he was very pleasant and helpful, and did an inspection of the guards that found them to be suitable for re-installation. The Gutter Helmet installer came soon after to re-install and he was likewise very pleasant and, most importantly, did good re-installation work. The price we paid for re-installation was appropriate for the work.

We had a great experience with the service rep, Ray. Very nice, pleasant and thorough! Good customer service can make or break a company reputation and, in our opinion, Ray should be the company trainer on how to interact with customers and leave a lasting positive impression.

It's a premium quality product with a premium price tag and warranty. Contacting customer service for help took too long and cost me extra money. Gutter Helmet was contacted to remove their panels while my house was having work done. By the time they showed up I had to have it removed by my GC on the job. Gutter Helmet then charged me almost as much as a competitors fee for a full new install just to reinstall and replace damaged panels. I almost went with a completely different system, but didn't want to lose my lifetime warranty.

I recently had Gutter Helmet installed on my home. The technician was on time, courteous and did a thorough job. He cleaned the gutters and installed the Gutter Helmet System. I’m very pleased with the attention to detail. It is a job well done leaving my gutters looking great!

Poor follow up on warranty repairs .. our harry helmet has blown off our roof twice now.. lifted in many places... still waiting for Chad to get our helmet finally done correctly after 3 years .. the initial install was extremely sloppy.. we had problems immediately.. they've been back 5 times over the past 3 years and we're still having problems.. Vince McNaulty should be ashamed he sells folks on such poor installations.. these guys want to reuse panel sections that have literally ripped off our roof and are damaged??? Where is our 100 mph wind guarantee?? 22 inches of rain per hour will NOT flow into the gutter if a 50 mph wind gusts can blow your panels off the home and into your neighbor's back yard.. not once.. not twice.. but what 3 times?? We are totally embarrassed by having stuff blow off our home under such circumstances.. all our cheap plastic shutters are still attached but this high end metal goes sailing several times ... I personally would NOT recommend from our experience.. will post photos soon. Very embarrassed for this so called professional outfit.
Update 4/10/2020 ... once again ... these helmet panels blew off...

The panels were replaced and to be honest.. it finally appears as though the install is correct to my eye based on other installs. We shall see. Raised grade to 3 stars.

Gutter Helmet is a fantastic company and product. It’s been working very well and we live in a heavily wooded area. We liked the helmet so much that when we wanted new gutters, we decided to stick with Gutter Helmet and am thoroughly pleased. The gentleman who came out for the quote was friendly and honest with what was needed, and quick to get the written quote to us. I highly recommend Gutter Helmet!

Had Gutter Helmet installed. Installation down well with no complaints. Person that reviewed job and supplied material and installation cost was professional and courteous. The product looks good and the installation with good workmanship.

I had my roof replaced by Lednor / Harry Helmet in 2017, and the roof began leaking afterward in several areas (2018, 2020, and 2024). Before their replacement, the roof had never leaked. After months of communication, the company eventually agreed to reimburse $1,000 for part of the damage.

I was then sent a lengthy “Customer Release” that asked me to waive all current and future claims, warranty rights, and even remove or rewrite any public reviews. For a $1,000 reimbursement, that document was far too overreaching. I declined to sign it and asked that the company simply process the payment without the unnecessary paperwork.

Unfortunately, I am still out $1,500 for the porch/sunroom damage, which the company has refused to address in good faith, citing that the issue is now outside the statute of limitations even though all the leaks stem from the same roof installation.

The communication throughout this process was slow, and the settlement form was unreasonable for such a small reimbursement. I hope the company reviews its customer-service practices so other homeowners aren’t left covering damages or pressured to sign away their rights just to receive modest compensation.

were extremely honest and very professional. I would definitely recommend using them.

Kept in contact when they were running late and still came and did the job! They also wore booties which was much appreciated since I just had my floors polished. Thanks again!
