We have had our dryer duct cleaned by several other companies over the last 5 years and no matter what, our dryer took hours to dry anything. The Dryer Vent Squad came and after doing a complete evaluation sent out another of their experts. They took apart our dryer vents and found wet dryer lint and insulation that had gotten into the system from a broken dryer venting pipe. They cleaned and repaired the whole system, and I am now able to dry a full loa in 20-30 minutes!!! They were AMAZING in their knowledge and commitment to solve the problem. I recommend them HIGHLY and will never use another company.

I found this company through a quick Google search one night, and they managed to squeeze me in for the very next day, even though they didn't have any appointments available until later in the week. I'm extremely impressed with their punctuality and would recommend to anyone in South Jersey. My technicians were Mike and Austin. They were able to quickly and effectively clean my dryer vent, which solved my overheating problem, and sold me new parts to replace the old ones that had worn out. The guys came out and installed a vent (piping and fittings) for my dryer as the house i bought in Cherry Hill did not have one. They did a phenomenal and efficient job with high quality materials, were extremely friendly, and cleaned up every bit of dust that was made. Overall it was a great experience. The tech was right on time and explained to me the process before he started and answered all my questions. After he performed the service my dryer was back to working like new. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Dryer Vent responded to our call in 5 minutes, no exaggeration. We called saying our dryer wasn't working properly and that it might be a clogged vent pipe. Dryer Vent came out, assessed it was a clogged vent pipe, and vacuumed it out so that the dryer now works great. Huge peace of mind and at a very reasonable price. I used Dryer Vent Squad a couple of weeks ago prior to installing a new dryer. The service was thorough and professional. I was even able to view the results with a camera that was snaked into the duct. They also installed a high end dryer vent cage to protect the outside vent from pests. I called and spoke to Mike about condensation building in my dryer vent line. I set up an appt for Mike to come out and take a look. He said hey send me some pics so we can see what’s going on. Mike called me and proceeded to provide me instructions over the phone on what to do and how to rectify the problem. Just did my first load of clothes post my phone tech support from Mike and absolutely NO condensation!! Considering I paid another company to put the vent line in I was a bit frustrated it wasn’t working properly but Mike went above and beyond to help me and he absolutely refused to take any money from me. I highly recommend Mike and Dryer Vent of SJ! He genuinely was just trying to help me!! Thanks again Mike!!

I had my dryer cleaned today by Keith a very nice young man who explained what he was doing and what needed to be replaced I wanted the hose replaced which he did and cleaned the dryer inside the home an the outside vent I will use them again and you should call them if you need your dryer cleaned

After having Dryer Vent Squad clean our vent that needed serious TLC, we discovered our clothes were not drying. After we reached out to company to let them know what is happening, the owner called back after we talked to the dispatch, and we talked about what is happening with the dryer. The service was fast, and the Keith was very knowledgeable! They came timely and had automated text messages of their arrival. He checked out our dryer as well. Will go with them again for our next service in a year!
