Constraction reviews in Newark, New Jersey

Manuel is amazing. See the video of our backyard hardscaping and landscaping. We used Manuel for hardscaping, a full house paint job, major carpentry work, new garage doors, replacement of interior lighting and more. We referred Manuel to family for a full kitchen renovation, painting and a wood floor refinish. Manuel is very professional and the best thing is he does what he says he will do.

M & J was referred to me by a friend and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of their work The first job they did for me was rebuilding my deck and replacing my fence. Their carpentry work was perfect and the deck and fence look better than new. I was so satisfied with their work that I had them paint the interior of my 4 bedroom house. Their work was professional and clean and the results were impeccable. Their workers are all very courteous and respectful. I could not recommend M&J more highly!

Manuel was referred to me by two other people who had worked with him and he did not disappoint! He was my contractor for my apartment renovation. He and his team were reliable, meticulous, courteous, and did a great job. I also found his pricing more reasonable than others I got quotes from. He and his team helped to redo my kitchen and bathroom counters, sinks and faucets, bathroom fixtures, backsplash, floors, paint, outlets and light fixtures. He also completed the full job quickly. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I recently hired Manuel to paint my doors and baseboards on very short notice, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. He is incredibly punctual, reliable, and thorough. The quality of his painting was excellent, and he delivered everything as promised.

Manuel is a full-service contractor who also offers plumbing, electrical work, and more. His versatility and professionalism make him a fantastic choice for any home project. I highly recommend Manuel to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled contractor.

Very good job installation of hardwood and tile. Very prompt, quickly finish the job.

Guiermo and his team tiled my kitchen
,the 1st floor and installed all of the sheet rock and molding. They did an amazing job. Extremely professional, well organized and left it clean and perfect when completed. I would highly recommend this company for any home improvement/ remodeling needed.

They are an outstanding company to work with. I highly recommend them! They completely transformed my basement and exceeded all of our expectations.

I had a great experience working with Picture Perfect on my kitchen remodel. They did it all-floors, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, backsplash , and painting. They were efficient, cost-effective, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The team was also very personable and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They delivered high-quality work and completed the project right on schedule. I’m thrilled with how everything turned out—definitely recommend them!

There is so much that I can say about Guillermo and his team at Picture Perfect, I don't know where to start. We met him when he basically gutted and redid our 1901 colonial home. New wood floors, 3 new bathrooms including showers, tile floor, wall, ceilings, vanities. His team painted, spackled and caulked the old walls.

The next project we had him do a few years later was a finished basement. Not only did he do that, but he also identified really unsafe wood structure and then fixed that completely. He has a lot of knowledge of framing and structure construction outside of the aesthetic work he does. The finished basement came out beautiful.

The next project he did was demoing a bathroom (the only one we didn't redo when he did our first construction) and bedroom and built us an incredible new bathroom and walk in closet and even did a built in sauna that came out incredible.

His next project he moved down to the jersey shore where he did a new trex deck that came out incredible and added a full bathroom. Through all of these projects he passed inspection the first time every time without ever having any issues.

On top of the great work he is fair, honest, he is a family man (his younger son works with him every day and his brother) and he truly cares. We love Guillermo and wouldn't do a project without him!

Guillermo and his crew did a fantastic remodel for us! Apart from working with our budget, they were attentive, honest, and very experienced with resolving all of the challenges we had. We will definitely be using them again soon!

I had an incredible experience working with Picture Perfect Installation for our kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Guillermo and his team were reliable and truly attentive to every detail. The vision was not only understood but elevated, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The timeline was respected and the space was kept clean and organized throughout the project. My kitchen is now beautiful and a space my family absolutely loves. I highly recommend Guillermo and his team to anyone looking for exceptional quality work and a contractor you can trust.

Wonderful job on my bathrooms. Always willing to answer my questions or make a recommendation even after the work was completed. Would definitely use Adan Construction for any home improvement. Top notch Professionals!

These guys did a great job at my place. Had a leak that took out my ceiling and kitchen area. They came in and did a whole remodel in a timely manner and also took care of all my concerns. Took attention to detail, corrected any type of issues I had and are willing to come back in case anything happens. They cleaned up unpon completing the project and were very professional and friendly. Never felt like I was getting messed with and also gave me their professional options. I will be using them again for any other projects I have, as well as spreading the word on their work.
