Constraction reviews in Newark, New Jersey

Adan Construction was hired to renovate our unfinished basement. The project consisted of water proofing the basement (including adding a French drainage & sump pump), electrical, flooring, and sheet rock walls and ceiling. Adan Construction and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. The quality of their work was outstanding. The work was performed in a timely manner and completed within the expected time frame. Adan Construction consistently communicated with me throughout the project, providing me with information and his professional suggestions. Upon completion of the project, all permits submitted to the town were agreeable and approved. My wife and I were very nice satisfied with the completion of the renovation. We highly recommend Adan Construction.

Adan Construction did a great job on our kitchen remodel. If you need a reliable Home Remodeling Company, I highly recommend them!

Adan, Michael and their team did an exceptional remodeling of our basement. Due to frequent flooding, they reconstructed and installed a french drain. They added a bathroom and elevated our washer/dryer system. They had an efficient team for each step of the project. I was impressed by their expertise, craftsmanship (electrical, plumbing, flooring, framework, interior design) communication and hard work. A room that we would seldom use, they transformed the space to what we now enjoy daily!

We recently had a new exterior door installed and couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, efficient and communicative. We worked with Adan and Michael before on larger projects and we're happy to have worked with them again. Highly recommend!

After just purchasing my home... months later a leak pretty much took out my bathroom and kitchen. After months of searching I stumbled upon Adan and am very happy I did!

Kept me informed of the hurdles along the way and what it would take to get passed them.

They were able to bring my vision to life and provided insight along the way expanding on the renovations to this wonderful result.

Will be using them for future renovations and definitely recomend them!

We hired Adan and team to renovate the home we bought. They did a lot of work for us: gut renovated kitchen, gut renovated bathrooms, refinished floors, changed whole home plumbing, updated electrical service, reinforced girder with steel beam and fixed waterproofing in the basement. They did a great job, were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and delivered great quality! We plan to hire them again in future for some outdoor work we want to do and recommend them to everyone looking to get quality work done!

Adan construction provided exceptional service. We couldn’t imagine our kitchen looking the way it does. The staff were on time, knowledgeable, worked hard to get the job done. They provided us with a design for our kitchen and brought it to life. Definitely recommend their services to anyone looking

Had the driveway repaved as additional work to a larger exterior project. After Adan and Michael’s recommendations, patience in explaining the different options to me, and added time, we moved forward with the repaving and I'm glad we did so. They both were consistent with communication and came back multiple times throughout the drying process to confirm everything was going smoothly. I’m glad to have worked with them again. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to hire Adan Construction through a friend’s referral. All I can say is that I am beyond amazed with the complete bathroom transformation they did for me. Since the first visit, they communicated with me clearly and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Overall, I would highly recommend Adan Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled home remodeling company. I will definitely reach back when it’s time to renovate my kitchen! Their work is of the highest quality, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure i was left satisfied. Once again, thanks Adan, Michael and team!!

I’ve been looking for work to be done in the bathroom/basement, and one day while driving home I saw a work van with “Adan Construction” on the side. Curious, I googled them and checked their website and social media out and knew this was the kind of work I was looking for.
I emailed them, and within a day or two they got back to me, came to my home and came up with an extremely reasonable quote for the project.
Within the next few weeks the project started, and I gotta say, these guys busted their backs day after day. They showed up bright and early morning and stayed until about 6 every night.
They went above and beyond with their work and even did more than we asked (pipe removal, heater installation etc.)
Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Beyond friendly, great with their communication, and the work truly speaks for itself.
Looking for more work in the future and there’s no doubt I’ll be sticking with Adan.

Adan Construction was truly more than we expected. We viewed their photo gallery online and really loved their work. They truly take pride in what the do and gave us suggestions to help us enjoy our renovation for years to come. Thank you Adan and Michael for such wonderful customer service. It really does matter when you have contractors that care just as much as you do! 5 stars for always going above and beyond, we will be using them in the future for more renovations. Wanted also to mention we live in Montclair NJ.

I had my porch and exterior stairs renovated and overall, I'm pleased with the end result. Of five different quotes, they were the most reasonably priced, knowledgeable and had successfully done similar work before. The combination of new materials and Adan and Michael’s recommendations, made for an overall great look and sturdy construction. There were some hiccups along the way, but despite challenges, concerns were addressed and communication improved. Adan and Michael are professional, patient and seem to really enjoy the work they do. I would highly recommend working with them.
