I hired Ortiz for 3 hours, to do a deep clean of my kitchen and small bathroom. I really wanted the rooms to be scrubbed and the result was ok.

Bathroom: My bathtub still has soap scum on the bottom, the grout on the floor is still dirty, the mirror has smudges and the insides of cabinets look untouched.
Kitchen: I specifically asked for appliances to be cleaned on the inside (I had to repeat this instruction 3 times), while the fridge and microwave were cleaned, the dishwasher was not. The floor looks like it was just mopped. Most annoying of all, things were not put back the way they were, so I'm having to do a clean up after a clean up.
I had hired them for 3 hours, 8-11. Because they were looking for parking, they arrived 15 minutes after the set time, which is completely understandable, but then, they left at 10:45. Considering how some areas didn't seem like they were cleaned at all, this was not great.

Overall it was a decent cleaning job, but if you want a deep clean, perhaps you should look elsewhere. The communication was friendly and polite.

I had to return here to update my review because when I wrote this I had just come home from a 12 hour work day and the owner Stephany inquired about the work. I gave the 5 rating out of compassion for the worker who was sent by this company alone to do a deep cleaning on my 3 bedroom 2 bath home with added basement deep clean. I was not present all day but I was informed that the one lady arrived a little before 930am and left around 445p she was visibly sweating and working very hard as stated above according to my Husband and Son. On the surface my house appears clean. But after I am able to really look. I see the thick dust behind my master bedroom headboard, TV stand only dusted in the front not behind and rug not vacuumed under the open bottom nightstands. In addition my toaster oven was not cleaned, refrigerator not cleaned kitchen hood still a little greasy. window sills not done and a few other things that I cant remember now. I was clear during my phone contact that I needed a deep clean but this company chose to take my job lightly by sending one person who could not possibly do all the things required in my deep clean. Therefore I blame the owner and not the worker and will not use this company in the future for any of my company because the services for those properties have to be impeccable and this service was barely average.
