This company left me deeply unsatisfied. Their chimney inspection felt like a scam—barely 10 minutes long, then straight to a massive chimney repair estimate. They claimed creosote removal was done, but nothing changed. Smoke still enters the room. When I asked for chimney maintenance tips, the tech just shrugged. I feel ripped off and unsafe. Do not hire them.

Alexa and her team have been cleaning my home for about 3 years. They are prompt, thorough and show great attention to detail. We hired Alexa during the pandemic because we wanted someone that could be in and out quickly, yet still do a great job cleaning (our last person was very nice but would take all day to clean with frequent breaks, etc and would also frequently change her schedule). Alexa and her team fit the bill to a tee! Highly recommend.

Great job… I got the post construction/deep cleaning and they sent out three ladies to my home…great job, detailed and professional.. Alexa (business owner) came to my home about an hour or so into the cleaning and introduced herself, gave eye contact, inspected the work done so far and asked if I was satisfied thus far… She made sure the standards and quality of her business that holds her name were upheld… I have never had that type of customer service and transparency when hiring for any service ever… Top notch and will hire them again … Thanks and hope this review helps someone that may be on the fence about hiring them … yes, hire them to get it done..

‪Alexa‘s cleaning service is the absolute best. I would definitely highly recommend her services. I first saw her ad on a Facebook post and what I do love is that she will have multiple girls come to tackle the job! ‪Alexa herself is very good with communication and responding.
