I'd rather not deal with this place at all. The service was terrible and they didn't care about me when I needed help, including when I was sick. It's frustrating and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

John did a great job at our cafe! He delivered top-notch work and service. We'll stick with him - it's not easy finding reliable contractors like him.

They didn't make the initial appointment but showed up ridiculously early the next day and put in a lot of effort to fix our problem. They were super nice and friendly throughout the whole process.

This company claims to serve Newark but apparently doesn't, according to its own customer service rep who provided no clear explanation. Extremely dissatisfied with the inconsistency.

I had a disastrous experience with Haddad Plumbing. They never showed up for my scheduled appointment to replace a valve in my apartment, despite notifying the condo association about a water shut-off. When they finally arrived two days later, they were 2.5 hours behind schedule and sent only one person instead of the two promised. The plumber expected me to assist him with the job, which was ridiculous given I paid $500 for the service. To make matters worse, I spoke with Alex Tsirulnik at corporate about compensation, but he seemed more interested in keeping his money than addressing my concerns. Overall, Haddad Plumbing's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction makes them unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone; find a reputable plumber who respects your time.

Haddad Heating arrived promptly and knew exactly what to do to resolve my heating problem. Their professionalism and speed of service impressed me. Having previously used their plumbing services, I'm familiar with their quality work - they truly deliver. Five stars for a job well done.
