You'll be left with an outdated system that doesn't even do what you paid for. We invested in a new installation, but got nothing in return - just an old unit running. Be prepared to take them to court over the deal gone sour.

Angelo The Boss completely lost it when I questioned him about holes left behind by his workers. He became extremely rude and condescending, claiming he was doing me a favor - an insult considering he's getting paid for the job. This behavior ruined what could've been a positive experience. What's even more disturbing is that Angelo thinks he can get away with disrespecting customers based on their skin color. I'm black in Newark, so unfortunately, I got the worst end of the deal. Disappointingly, I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone due to his appalling attitude and utter disregard for customer satisfaction.

We hired Air Zones to install a home heating system in our recently purchased house. Since it was a flip, everything is brand new, but the job fell short. The system's size didn't match the existing ductwork, causing it to freeze every few hours. Instead of getting the correct equipment, they made a random hole in the wall near the furnace to prevent overheating. Additionally, they misplaced the outlet, leading to half of the condensation water draining into our crawl space. My conversation with Angelo was particularly disappointing; he came across as dismissive and talked over me when I expressed my concerns. Don't bother with this company - they cut corners and seem unwilling to make things right.
