Amazing family owned & operated company. I needed a new sink. I spoke with Mr. DeGrace over the phone an within 1 hour he sent his son & another worker William who then installed a beautiful brand new faucet and spigot. The work was done within under an hour and it’s absolutely beautiful. The water pressure is very strong. I love it. His prices are very fair if not economical! I’ll never use another plumber again. We recently replaced our boiler and hot water heater with DeGrace plumbing. They provided great service from beginning to end. When John came over to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable about the work needed and honest about the time required and cost. We received 4 other quotes for this work and what stood out and lead us to ultimately go with John, was his commitment to make sure the installation was done the right way and installed correctly, also his (and his teams) experience with installing boilers. Their prices were fair and similar to the other quotes we received. After completion, Bill went through the installation and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend DeGrace for any boiler/hot water heater installations.

I highly recommend this company and John for your plumbing needs. Bill and Michael came out and worked their tail off to replace my sewer line. They take great pride in their works and don't look for shortcuts, they genuinely care about doing things right and putting the customers at ease.

John repaired and updated 2 showers, a toilet and a vanity. All work was done in a timely manner and looks awesome! Absolutely five star service! Good to know we now have a plumber we can rely on.

Had a backed up toilet. Called late Wednesday evening, and John got back to me early the next morning and sent his guy out at 8:30 to resolve the issue. Was very pleased with the timing of the service for this instance.

From start to finish John and his entire crew were absolutely professional and efficient. I needed a sewer trap removed and a check valve and guillotine placed in my basement for all the flooding I had been experiencing. I also needed a new slop sink and faucet for my washer and cabinets removed and dryer venting rerouted. John was great, he came to give me an estimate and was so knowledgable about what needed to be done. He took his time explaining exactly what he recommended doing and why and how much it would cost. Once I agreed to what I wanted to do we confirmed when his associates would arrive and they were here early!!! Talk about amazing customer service and just making sure that the client is satisfied and comfortable with the work that was performed. Outstanding service and the peace of mind knowing that a reliable and expertly trained staff were there to install everything properly. Cannot recommend them enough, if you need a great plumber then you know who to call!

Needed an emergency hot water heater replacement. John sent his man Biil to do the replacement. Bill was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He did a very excellent job and I am very pleased with his work. It was very professional, neat and good work area clean up.

While I was out of state I got word from my mom about a flood in our basement from a plumbing issue and she called John for an emergency job. Despite of all the emergency jobs they already had that day, he assured her that the plumbers would come by as soon as they could. They showed up and resolved the issue immediately and efficiently not just once but twice for different issues within the same week. John showed up in record time and resolved the issues and I must say I am very grateful to him and his employees for their promptness and professionalism. Thank you John DeGrace Plumbing!

We had a cracked cast iron drain pipe in the basement of a very old house just a day and a half before Xmas. We were worried it was not going to be a one day job. We called late in the evening. John said he’s guys would be there 8:30 next morning. John’s guys showed up at 8:20, assessed the job, gave a reasonable quote and completed the job in half a day. Very professional, neat organized and everything done as promised. Fantastic job.

I reached out to John DeGrace, and the company responded promptly. Nick, the technician assigned to our service, arrived right on time and was extremely punctual.

After assessing the sink clog, he clearly explained the steps he would take and provided the cost upfront. He replaced the kitchen strainer, dishwasher tailpiece, and P-trap, and resolved the issue using a powerful, extended-length snake. Impressively, he even returned to the office to retrieve a more suitable tool to ensure the job was done thoroughly.

Nick was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly—and yes, he happened to be quite charming as well. He not only fixed the clog efficiently but also cleaned up the workspace afterward.

Overall, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service.

John Degrace came through in a clutch situation. We needed a new water heater today, and literally within 20 minutes of reaching out they went into action, procured a new water heater and were at my house within 45 minutes. Two hours later, brand new water heater installed at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about John Degrace.

We had 5 pipes freeze during the weekend. Came home to water pouring from kitchen ceiling. We called John and he had a tech here in 10 minutes even though he was swamped with calls. They did emergency repairs and came back twice to make sure everything was good. He also helped with a remediation company to gut and dry out the house.
