I needed the dryer lint vent cleaned out. I called DRX duct when someone suggested that I should try them. Making an appointment was easy and I was quoted a reasonable price for the job. The two servicemen that arrived at my home, were friendly and respectful of my property. They performed the service in a timely manner and I am quite pleased with their work. I highly reccommend them and would use DRX duct for future vent cleanings.

Being new to the area, called a bunch of companies and reviewed customer feedback and decided we would go with DRX. There’s a lot of companies that claim to do the whole job for $200-300 and I was told to be weary of those because they aren’t always qualified to do the work. Glad I paid a little more and went with DRX which was not only reputable but did the best possible to schedule us in ASAP. They communicated with us the day before, the day of, and even notified us when they were on their way to our home. Did a great job doing the work we had agreed to and the whole process was stress free, no hiccups. Will recommend to friends/family

We had a great experience with DRX! Great communication, quick scheduling, and friendly staff. Staff called 15 mins prior to arrival, and showed up on time! Staff thoroughly explained the process from start to finish prior to starting. Everything was kept clean, and no mess. Happy with the results. Jose the technician was very professional and kind. I will definitely call DRX again for future cleanings.

Josh and Erick did an AMAZING job on our dryer duct clean out! They were fast and efficient. They called us before coming (so we could lock up our fur babies). The price was more than reasonable, plus they had a plethora of ways to pay which was very convenient. Everything was quick and easy! See you next year for a yearly maintenance vent cleaning!

We recently used DRX for a duct and vent cleaning and chimney sweep in our home. All I can say is George and his team are the real deal. Courteous. On time. And do an exceptional job. I could immediately tell the difference after the vents and chimney were cleaned in my home. The air quality was better, which was no surprise after seeing the amount of dust inside my ducts. Some vent covers were painted shut and they were able to get them off and back on perfectly. This isn’t a $99 “blow and go” service where they are in and out. It was a 3.5 hour process and it was done right. We are thrilled and highly recommend this company!

DRX did great job! I had a ton of questions and they were patient and answered them all. They had excellent phone manners, and gave me an appointment in a timely manner. I didn't feel like they were pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn't need. The technicians arrived on time as promised, wore booties on their shoes to protect my floors, and they were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I got a ton of information and felt DRX was very open and transparent with me about everything from the moment I called for an estimate to the moment the techs completed the job and left my home. There were no hidden fees either. I can already feel the difference in the air quality in my home. Members of our family suffer with allergies and asthma, and this cleaning has brought us noticeable relief! I would recommend DRX to anyone looking for an honest trustworthy air duct cleaning company.

Paul & George with DRX Duct cleaning were incredible! They were efficient, helpful, and made sure we were pleased and happy with our service that included everything to ensure a fresh start to our new home ( a necessity with my allergies). They actually took the time to show my husband how dirty our system had been and he was so happy we did it. Would use and highly recommend again and again!

Mike and Byron did a great job. They were personable, professional, and prompt. They arrived ahead of schedule and explained what needed to be done to set up their equipment. They answered all of our questions, were careful around our belongings, and their work was clean and neat. Their work made an immediate difference in our home's air quality. When they were done, Mike went over everything they did, showed us before and after photos, and presented the bill as quoted. We will definitely call DRX again for any HVAC needs for our home.

I had a great experience with DRX. I called on Thursday to schedule an appointment for dryer vent cleaning & they were able to fit me in that same week. They were running late, but were great about calling and keeping me in the loop. They explained exactly what they were doing while they were doing it & came prepared with everything they needed. Their pricing was straight forward. No games! I knew exactly what I was paying before they got there. NO SURPRISES!!! When they left the vents were cleaned & the dust was removed like they weren’t even there. I also loved that they didn’t try to up sell me on other services ( like some other companies do). It really was a great experience! I highly recommend them. I plan to call them when the air ducts in my home need cleaning.

We were referred to Paul at DRX Duct, by a very honorable and trustworthy HVAC repair guy, to have our air ducts cleaned, along with our dryer vent cleaned (thoroughly). Paul was very courteous, friendly, professional, and prompt at scheduling us. Michael did an outstanding job at cleaning everything 100%, and explaining the process. Their prices seem to be better than other quotes we'd previously gotten elsewhere. In short, when a business like this has nothing but 100%, all 5-star reviews on Google, that pretty much speaks for itself... and very much well deserved. We will hire them again, and highly recommend this business. Thanks! A+++++

We recently went through a major renovation and needed our ducts cleaned out. Paul was very thorough in our initial conversations. I appreciated his candidness. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the details of his work. We decided to go with DRX after speaking to a few other companies. The day of the appointment, they called 20 min ahead of time, like they promised, and arrived promptly. This is rare in the service industry! Their work was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this company and we are glad we found them!

Josh from DRX was great! We used their dryer vent service which was quick and effective. I was able to have someone come within a few days and he was finished within 30 minutes. Dryer vent is cleaned and he even made a recommendation with positioning to help alleviate some future dust/lint build up.

Josh was great! He called with an ETA before the appointment and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and cleaned up very well after the air duct cleaning. I would highly recommend.

What a pleasure it was having DRX come my house! They came on time, they covered their shoes every time they walked in and out of the house. They answered any questions I had. Very neat, very professional! Highly recommend and will be calling them back to do yearly dryer cleaning. Then again when it’s time to clean the ducts.

Great experience with excellent results! Mike and his assistant were courteous and careful - they paid attention to detail; showing me before and after pictures of their work. One of the guys even crawled over the dryer to vacuum behind it and retrieve lost items! The customer service was awesome too...both Paul and Mike were very communicative. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about DRX Duct cleaning! I had an emergency issue and spoke with George about the situation and he was so wonderful about fitting me in right away.
Erick and Josh did the servicing and they were super professional, explained the process, and were so efficient. I also felt the pricing was very fair and comparable to others I had received.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Dryer Vent Cleaning Service: This is my first time using the dryer vent cleaning services of DRX. The technician Josh called earlier than the originally scheduled appointment which was a welcomed change and arrived soon thereafter. Very polite & are about the job at hand technicians even in this 92 degree heat. Great job guys and thank you for your patience in this 92 degree heat! I will be calling them next year for dryer vent suctioning maintenance.👍 Thank you and most appreciative George for the last minute scheduling! Class act!

Eric and Luis handled our air duct cleaning and they were exceptional! They were prompt, notified me when they were on the way, wore booties inside my home, shared with me what they were doing during the process and spent 4.5 hours working diligently to clean 32 vents in my home. They showed me before and after photos to see how effective the cleaning was (and how much it was needed!). My husband was also up in the attic with them as they drilled holes in the trunk line to feed the vacuum suction to understand the process and they were extremely inclusive and when he asked them to do a bit more cleaning in one area of our house that is more dusty they did not hesitate to grant that request. I highly recommend them for air duct cleaning - thank you so much!
