DRX did an outstanding job! Their customer service was excellent, from my first call to schedule my appointment until the time they left. The employees called ahead of time, inside their schedule time, and showed up promptly. They were kind to ask how to best to work around my husband working, and when would be best to work in his office, They showed us before and after pictures. Highly, highly recommend!!

This is a great company. I've been using their service since 2009. When I had my remodeling done the ducts were awful and I had breathing problems for a year. When DRX technicians came to my house they cleaned it all. I was amazed by before and after pictures they provided. 100% professionals at what they do. I have 3 dogs and I enjoy their service every other year. Highly recommend DRX DUCT.

I had DRX duct come to my new house to have our vents looked as they have never been cleaned. I have to say Paul was great dealing with my constant rescheduling, and was always on top of things. Mitt ( hope I got this name correct), and his coworker, was fantastic and walked me through every step of what they do, how it helps and cleaned up everything they did. He showed me the gunk in my vents and showed me the after ( I took the pictures myself ).

This is a top notch company that I was glad to pay the correct $ for. DO NOT get one of those coupon book vent cleaners. Use this company and ask for Mitt to come! TY, DRX Duct!

DRX team did an awesome job on my system huge difference we are going to see with the air quality and dust...they showed before and after pictures of each vent and return in each room you don't realize it till you see it in a pictures what trap in your system & what your breathing ..

Overall good service. We got the dryer duct cleaning and level 1 chimney inspection. The gentleman who came inside the house was very informative professional and respectful (he even took off his boots before going onto the rug - stellar touch!) Dinged one star because the gentleman who was working on the outside vent seemed to have left quite a bit of debris all over our front patio (bunches of lint, not sure if the photos are helpful). Overall a good experience and would recommend - great service, on time, fairly priced
