When I called them about the problem, they said it was due to a sag in the installation, which they claimed caused the issue. They supposedly fixed the sag, but two days later, the line froze again despite the harsh weather.

After the second failure, I called them back and they sent another crew. This time, they concluded that their original setup wasn't viable and left me with a broken pipe at my expense. They offered to reroute the pipe inside for an additional $1,800, but even then, they couldn't guarantee it would work.

I ended up hiring another licensed plumber who pointed out that the initial installation was done poorly - the pitch was wrong and the exterior setup was prone to freezing. I had to pay twice to correct the mistakes made by this company. Their job looked more like a DIY project than a professional installation, and they didn't stand behind their work.
