I'm begrudgingly sharing my experience with this company. Juan showed up today and did a great job. He was friendly, on time, and got the work done quickly. The crew was tidy and efficient. Overall, I'm impressed. I'll be calling them again in two years for the next service and will likely refer them to others without hesitation.

Juan from #1 Cleaner in Nutley NJ showed up on time to clean our dryer vent and replace a section of flexible ductwork - a significant undertaking. He worked professionally, was well-informed, and courteous throughout the process. I'll be calling him again for any future issues or scheduling an annual equipment check-up; his work earned my appreciation.

I'm thrilled with this company's service. Omaar was fantastic - extremely polite and professional. He did an impressive job on my possibly neglected air ducts, even showing me before-and-after photos. The dryer vent and AC filter were also thoroughly cleaned and replaced. With young children in the house now, I want to ensure good air quality. Omaar is a lovely guy who seems like a family man himself. The team kept our home tidy throughout the visit. I came across this company through Angie's List for vent cleaning and dryer vent maintenance. They responded promptly, which was a notable difference from other companies I contacted. Benjamin Maitre, the technician who visited my home, impressed me with his attention to detail and professionalism. He explained each step of the process and made sure everything was done correctly, even identifying issues causing poor airflow on the second floor that others might have missed. His thoroughness and dedication to getting the job right were exceptional. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Had a great experience with Vincent at his place yesterday - went way beyond what I expected. No cleaning of my ducts for 30 years, but he took his time and did an outstanding job. Professional, considerate, and meticulous. Definitely recommending this company and Vincent to anyone.

Juan just left and did an awesome job, fixing our airflow issues with the dryer vent. He discovered a crucial connection problem - the vent pipe was loose from the cap on the roof - and promptly fixed it. Now we have great airflow again. I'm super impressed with No.1 Cleaners and highly recommend them - ask for Juan!

Here is the rewritten review:

Had a disappointing experience with Vincent from this company. He showed up late after the scheduled time and only provided an inspection report, stating that the dryer vent was failed but charging me for the full cleaning service. He tried to sell me additional services I didn't need, which made no sense given that the original report wouldn't have been valid without them.

The actual cleaning job left lint on the floor, which ended up flying everywhere. To be honest, it wasn't worth the hassle. If you're looking for a reliable service, consider an alternative company like the one I recently worked with in the same area. They provided top-notch service, including a thorough inspection and deep cleaning of my vent pipes. I'm now happy to recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood.

Vincent is a pro who clearly knows his stuff. He outlined exactly what needed fixing and why.

The air coming out of my vents is incredibly fresh, smelling almost divine. Juan did a fantastic job, breaking down the process multiple times to ensure I understood. He was thorough, tidy, and worked efficiently. The whole experience took no time at all - it was well worth the effort. Owner Marc is also very friendly and keeps you in the loop, making this local business truly stand out.

They cleaned my ducts and did a great job. Now my heating system blows way cleaner air - really impressed, would definitely hire them again.

He identified a problem with one of the ducts that was left open, fixed it, and installed some plugs to keep it that way. The system was clogged with dirt, but he cleaned it out thoroughly. My daughter had been coughing nonstop since we moved in, but after the cleaning, she's fine again. I'm impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the service. They clearly have the right people and equipment for the job - I would definitely recommend No 1 cleaners.

I've had an excellent experience with No. 1 Cleaners. I mistakenly booked them on a painting day, but Juan took it in stride without any issues, allowing me to reschedule with ease.
