TJ Dalton arrived on time. They were professional. They told us that they had a service programme, for which we signed, saving us money. The plumbers took the time and explained everything.

We had a blocked toilet which we couldn't unblock ourselves. We made an on-line appointment. Edwin arrived at the appointed time on the second day. He snaked his toilet twice to clear the clog. In less than 30 minutes he was in and out. Edwin was great!

Brendan was there as promised. He mapped out the sewer. They gave me a guide via camera. We discussed the options I have for future trenchless construction, should that be required. Very professional service!

Excellent communication skills. Very responsive. When they realized the issue was due to the fact my tenant did not run the garbage disposer, they didn't charge for the visit. Others would have charged. I will certainly use them again.

Update: PIC is back. I called them late at night. They not only answered immediately, but sent someone out next morning. These guys explain everything, are trustworthy and honest. They are also extremely reasonable in price. I will certainly use them again.

Sunshine has been our go-to company for many services (plumbing and heating, vent cleaning and repair, etc.) over the years. It was recommended by another tradesperson. I am so glad I followed it. Jerry particularly was knowledgeable, approachable/friendly, a conscientious. Chewy did an amazing job cleaning our vents. Jerry was able to fix the vent problems that we were experiencing.

Sergey's performance was outstanding. He was extremely well informed and did a wonderful job. He was respectful to our home and very easy to communicate. I highly suggest him.

The pipe in my ceiling above the Kitchen started to leak on the 16th of January. It then burst. The water looked like it was coming from the ceiling of my garage. Brandon, who was just driving in, asked if I wanted a plumber. He is the most honest and efficient plumber I have ever met.
